Avoid at all costs - a sham of a company
Bought a car off this garage a few months back - although it appeared to function on the test drive a few miles down the road it gave up Under UK Consumer Law I had and continue to have a right to reject the vehicle however this garage are determined to stonewall me and I have been forced to take legal action to return the vehicle and get my money back Unfortunately I believe that their Autotrader page was flooded with fake reviews as the reviews I have seen on Trustpilot appear to be far closer to my own experiences If I had read these before I would never have bought a vehicle from them In order to continue their questionable trading practises they have now rebranded as Mayfair Motors on Autotrader Avoid them at all costs

They stole 157 20 from my credit card because THEY delivered to the wrong address they admitted it was mis-delivered by four hours distance from me They botched it up and now it becomes my problem while they got paid and I got nothing They don t care about the customer Don t make the same mistake I made buy from someone else

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs Bought a car in April 2019 within a week the turbo went and Speedway avoided our calls and messages and wouldn t give our money back They agreed to look at the car but just left it on the forecourt for 2 weeks without anyone looking at it and leaving us without a car The salesmen are useless and do not know how to treat customers they are just bothered about making money Disgusting behaviour from the owners

Ordered a spedometer and it worked for 50 miles Called them and they had me send it back to a company that very politely told me they didnt make them they sent it back and have been futilely trying to get a hold of these people They have no customer service Seriously people if you are too big to take care of your customers then you will not have any

Order E3841745 On April 30 I purchase an electric car fan for 60 76 Upon entering the Credit card the web said there was an error I re-entered and pressed enter to be billed for 2 additional items total 293 76 When I queried I was told it was because I selected 225 00 for shipping Fan arrived 6 days later 225 00 Shipping Invoice was adjusted to 60 76 and I was billed for another 60 76 I filed a complaint with BBB

Speedway is a joke Lack of communication as well as if you plan on ordering your parts with a guarantee ship date and months go by with no email no responses and you have to remind them cause they forget about your part You can in fact no way get ahold of them or a manager or supervisor no matter how hard you try If you like missing Events missing car Car shows and looking at your car as you already bought parts but they are stuck somewhere in Limbo go to speedway these clowns know how to screw you just right pull your hair then give you a big generic sorry Not 1 helpful person Would 10000000000 recommend using in a different company even if the price is different unless you like being screwed and left on read As well as they like to pull the money twice from your account and will not address that issue Very unprofessional

Bad Service
Once again I had a bad experience at Speedway in Westlake store 0007690 Tried calling twice this morning to speak with store Manager and the phone just rang and rang and rang Dealt with Assoc Pony tail Allan P while there Again very rude to me and needs to go back to customer service training He also left three people waiting in line and ignored us until he was finished doing something I have been recently to the North Ridgeville location and those girls are so nice and pleasant and go overboard to make you feel appreciated This Allan P needs to go there and be retrained by them

Purchased a complete rear chunk from this company and has been one problem after another and constant lies when you talk to anyone including the supervisor Worse company I have ever dealt with Do not buy from these people I will not stop until I have disputed this 100 this has cost me more then just a rearend for a customers car
