Misleading website Fees are added without stating they are agency fees No one will pass you to a supervisor to deal with anything You cannot speak to the airline about your booking as they use their own email and payment information Avoid using at all costs

Oh yeah total nightmare

Quick and easy to book and pay total nightmare to use the site for any help and assistance Tried to amend my flights to a more convenient time and couldn t do any of it online had to call for any query whatsoever each time ended up offering me the same price as the flight on top just to amend it If you want to book a flight just book direct totally useless to do it through this company lesson learnt

scam why are Esky s ratings so low

I bought a ticket from LAX to Sacramento I also bought trip insurance The terms and conditions said the ticket could be canceled within 24 hours of booking Immediately after booking I realized the ticket timing was in error so I needed to cancel the ticket and rebook ESky s website provides no way to cancel a ticket and phone number to call I found a phone number on a travel blog site The representative refused to cancel the ticket citing that more than 24 hours had passed I pointed out that it had only been 12 hours and he said it didn t matter because the ticket had been booked the previous day I am filing a dispute through my credit card SCAMTheir reply is not truthful Ask yourself why are ESky s review ratings so low

This company is a scam I accidentally booked via Esky as they popped up as a sponsored link when I searched for Skyscanner They will sell you flights with a less luggage allowance and other additions with huge admin and service charges They will also refuse to refund you even within a 24-hour cooling off period as required by uk law when you realise your mistake It s much cheaper to book directly with an airline Avoid these scammers like the plague Just to update I paid more than 200 to Esky less than 24 hours later they offered to refund me 80 for the air fair the remainder was not refundable as it was the service charge for using their search engine This is what you will be paying if you use this disgusting company

Do not fall for esky s scam websites I booked flights through them which were then cancelled Esky offer no assistance or refunds for flights changed or cancelled out of your control They lie over the phone and promise refunds and later change their mind Scam website Avoid at all cost These lot are criminals who are more than happy to steal from you I ve written to their director with no response Appalling scumbags who need to be closed down The authorities will have a field day with this lot

Had to cancel flights due to serious illness in family informed Esky months before flights due however they were very obstructive kept asking for proof of purchase in different formats Then said airline would not refund but provided no evidence However on the plus side had insurance with Barclays Bank who couldnt have been more helpful rang me at home and said money would be transferred within 2 days which it was Well done Barclays but steer clear of E Sky

Esky issue

I tried to buy flight tickets from dublin to eindhoven return on 19th january and the company denied receiving the payment even though the money left our account After some vonsiderable time and a transaction dispute started by our bank the company said they had delivered the service to us this is a total downright lie I only used them because getting non stop flights to our destination at that time was proving difficult DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY I M SURE NOW THAT WE WERE SCAMMED

I was on my airline s website when I got rerouted to ESky during checkout

I booked a flight I was on the airline s website and my search somehow got re-routed or highjacked to ESky and I thought they were the service company that does the checkout for the airline the flight totaled 261 plus insurance for an 8 day trip additional 34 and change the receipt shows they charged 352 to my credit card When I called them within less than 24 hours they conferred with the airline and offered to refund 261 basically the airline was willing to give me a full refund but ESky offered 0 zero refund on their outrageous fee that was not even disclosed during the transaction The customer service rep was sympathetic but it was useless STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE - YOU WILL NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BEING CHARGED FOR UNTIL IT IS TOO LATE

If you want your flights to take place never use this website They sell you tickets take your money at the moment and later they inform you that the tickets were sold out and you stay where you are The money may or may not be returned don t return them I will never ever use their services again don t you either to save yourself trouble and stress
