eSky RIPOFF

Well for starters I thought I was on Ryanair s website Aer Lingus had quoted me 170 Euros return to London and I was shopping around for a better fare I decided to try Ryanair but later found out I was on eSKY The quotation given was 94 for a round trip with an extra 6 99 for check in assistance No page appeared showing me the total to be paid until after my debit card charges had gone through and then the payment was shown as 223 I queried this immediately but got nowhere So I ve had a reply back and I think eSky are hiding behind their terms and conditions I ve got a little confession to make I might have agreed to them but I didn t read them Life is too short to be wading through teams of terms and I have neither the time or the inclination However why on earth would I agree to a 223 fare when I was quoted 170 by Aer Lingus It doesn t make sense And besides I m not really kicking up about their agency fees They re only a small part of the problem I m curious as to how I ended up on eSky when I typed in Ryanair I ve also got issues about how I was shown the true cost after my card was debited and why are there three transaction numbers Three ticket numbers actually 125-4228792441 125-42288792440 and 125-2172309229

Shamefully dishonest and predatory

ESky is shamefully dishonest They tack on a hefty service fee that other flight search websites don t and do everything to hide this from you before you make the payment mentioning it in tiny grey letters against a grey background and then displaying the new price in the corner in a way that makes it easy to overlook Predatory behaviour and a company to be avoided at all costs

No Refund

Do not use ESky they are terrible Booked a British Airways flight to Dusseldorf via Heathrow from Newcastle One of my return flights was cancelled by BA before I travelled which meant I was entitled to a refund which I never received 330 out of pocket Do not use ESky

Tried to cancel a pending booking - they said they can t amend it till its confirmed - it got confirmed now its too late too cancel Dishonest business at best Just go direct to the airline Money for nothing for these scammers with their Google ads campaigns diverting traffic away from airlines into their dirty pockets Giving the industry a bad name Happy to remove if you refund me as requested prior to the booking being confirmed

Lost reference number

I booked a flight for my partner with this company but he lost the booking reference email He has poor digital access Now I have no way of checking the booking reference and cannot communicate or get an answer to my request from eSKY My money has transferred from my account Feels very frustrating

This site is not secure 100 of your money for tickets even if the flight didnt happen because not of your problem

Hello I bought a tickets to fly in Israel in 2023 oct 18 But as we all know the situation in Israel now the war was started few days before my flight The flight didnt happen and now e sky not refund all money of tickets But the flight was canceled not because of me But because of the horrible situation in Israel So my message for you all that this company is NOT TRUSTABLE NOT FAIR and not secure 100 your money of tickets even then when the flight is canceled because of the situation in the world Im really NOT RECOMMEND e sky after all of this my situation

You are the worst company ever Re-selling plane tickets and not even providing good customer service Cannot change flight date or cancel without going through the most tedious process and getting taxed on every step Made me pay an insurance if I cancel my ticket that costs 15 euro and if you cancel you get 16 euro back but the commission fee for cancelation is still 250 dollars And they call it cancelation insurance f king scammers

You are a scammers your named your website same as pegasus airlines i thought i was booking through pegasus and ended up paying extra 35 eu on the flight with a transit while on original i could have the same flight but direct without any transit You are disgusting

When is a refund not a refund

I have provided you with an email from American Airlines In the email American Airlines has confirmed that they refunded you on the 21 September 2023 they provided the banking transaction codes so that you could track the refunds Are you saying that the transaction codes are wrong The only answer I get from you is that you are waiting to hear from American Airlines but what more do you need from them
