Booked flights with esky from Dublin to Sydney via Abu Dhabi and it went smooth They have an app to show your flight details and once your flight booked we could go into the Etihad Airways app to view our flights aswel We checked in ourselves with Etihad just to be sure even though esky offer to check you in too Got a really good price on our flights which made me think it mightn t be legit but they re actually decent no faults for me

Clear website Initial prices are very good but then falls into the same trap as all other flight sites by charging extortionate prices for items such as additional luggage

Flight return started off at 164 and soon changed to 192 all in all a relief to get a flight because journey is to attend a funeral Reply from Sky stated they do not set the prices the airline do How then when the price on your site says 164 and midway through the booking changes to 192 are Logan Aire controlling your internet site

Well I have same experience as Hana Vaknin with technical problem during payment during transaction Error Well it can happend to every web side But I have different experience have they solve my case Customer service was absolutely professional as every other travel agent selling tickets Problem was solved no-one told me you must fix that and do that and moving me as tennis ball its took less then 8 hours I just try properly explaining situation via contact form I need to highlight customer service provide by Klaudia e-sky Slovakia Thank you I am satisfied customer

again a good experience

Good experience last time July 2023 the same now Logical and synoptical offer good prices practical application fast and easy booking After changing some details in my bank during payout I was not able to get back in the order so I completed a new one the old one is not possible to cancel It is still waiting for a payment

Straightforward honest about additional charges

I can t claim to be a fan of air journey booking websites but I found esky co uk fairly straightforward and honest about additional charges during the booking process I tried several others beforehand and abandoned them as they were overly complicated and added charges without explaining them

Quick confirmation received booked flights and hotel stay in Barcelona Admittedly we never received our boarding passes until last minute but with the booking info they sent straight away we log into easy jet ourselves and already had these printed weeks before due to leave checking into hotel also very simple We didn t need to use customer service at all so can t comment on this
