Seriously disappointed with poor customer service
Seriously disappointed with the level of customer service received from this company - used their website contact form to try to obtain answers to a couple of queries I had but no response Submitted a 2nd contact form querying lack of contact - again no response Used their webchat facility on a further occasion but Adam explained it was a weekend bo staff available to help me Promised my query would be followed up the next day - it was not Your loss Essential Foods
