Not to be trusted

My son in Holly Springs NC ordered a top-of-the-line birthday bouquet incl adds on from Euroflorist for my wife s birthday We live close to Gothenburg The gift was ordered to be delivered on February 28 2024 We were asked to keep heads up for it After heads up from 6pm to 10pm we went to bed We did not receive any message from Euroflorist On the next day we expected the delivery first thing in the morning Not a sign from Euroflorist A transporter Best arrived at 8 50pm When opening the box my wife observed that the water was dirty and a couple of the flowers were drooping I had a look at the transport label The flowers were packed in Malm on February 27 That is Sweden s third city 180 mi from us Sweden s second city Gothenburg is 10 mi from us We have a top shop offering high quality flowers here in our village To me it is obvious what has happened The poor flowers were packed in Malm the day before delivery date Then the transportation to Lerum was ordered with Best for delivery late on Feb 28 The transporter obviously thought it was too troublesome impractical to deliver it The flowers were probably left in the van overnight Then it was in the the van the whole day until the transporter moved to our village late in the evening The drooping flowers arrived short before bedtime the day after my wife s birthday I say Euroflorist appears slow and sloppy to me

Flowers delivered days after planned date

I don t usually write reviews but this experience was so bad that it s difficult to let it pass by It started with the florist making the mistake of trying to deliver the flowers a week in advance which totally ruined the surprise then finished by delivering the flowers 2 days later leaving them outside of the apartment for the whole day since none of us were home The day after the target date I contacted Euroflorist to just cancel the order and they responded the day after completing dodging my complaints and not owning their mistakes

I am very upset

I am very upset I ordered flowers for Valentinesday and they were supposed to be delivered on Monday I decided to have it delivered on Monday to make sure they would arrive on time The tracking link shows that best tried to deliver it on monday twice but the bell wasnt rung and there was no sms call received This already frustrated me but on the trackinglink it then said it was available for pickup at a terminal from best However i now got an email from Euroflorist that they discarded the flowers because they tried to deliver it again today again without ringing the bell or a text call My whole valentinesday is ruined and the flowers are being thrown away apparently I want my money back because this is not how you treat your customers

Terrible service

Terrible serviceI ordered flower to deliver yesterday but they did not do it They did not even update me Basically they just get the money from me and with no flower delivery and no call or information about it Totally scam company

Awful never order from this company

I ordered flowers and they could not be delivered like I see is a common issue based on this site They won t refund my money they just say the most generic answers I d suggest never ordering from this dog company

Poor quality and poor flower bouquet

The flowers delivered were not at all reflecting the pictures The explanation from Euroflorist says it s up to each flower shop to decide so for delivieries in Stockholm please ensure the shop is not Hellborgs Blomsterhandel For an amount of 50 Euro the amount of flowers delivered I would estimate approx 25 Euro max On top of this I also ordered an exclusive card for 4 Euros A piece of white paper was attached to the flowers Generously Euroflorist agrees to compensate me for these 4 euros - What a joke Such poor customer experience will never use Euroflorist again

Delivery day and subsequent cancellation without notice

Flowers ordered a week before valentines to ensure they get there on time On Valentine s Day tracking revealed that delivery date moved to 15th without any consultation or notice On the 15th still no flowers delivered We had to write a complaint and only after that received an email that due to delays order was cancelled completely

Very poor company

Avoid seriously these are very poor florists with awful customer service Spend equivalent of 80 on a large bunch of colourful flowers for my girlfriend in Sweden bunch delivered no way matched the bunch ordered over 80 green leaves with I d say 6 or so flowers Raised a complaint and they said they were happy despite a very obvious difference in the pictures Now just ignoring my follow up email and pictures Seriously avoid this company very very poor Not interested in any resolution

The flowers were not delivered on time

The flowers were not delivered on time The delivery boy went to a wrong location and left Next day the person comes and delivers a packet Flower inside were dead and roses lost the petals First of all if you are coming for delivery you need to inform in advance Then if the delivery is not done you need to check the flower conditions or store them with care Absolutely bad experience
