I like the speed of the delivery

I like the speed of the delivery I did not like that the flowers sent did not match the picture on the website The flowers sent had some fushia clolours where the picture on the website were all soft pink The bouquet was for a sympathies occasion The fact we chose a soft colour is for the occasion

Not good option if you want to surprise your recipient

Too long delivery time Recipient gets a message with confirmation of their adress with information what will be delivered That ruin the suprise

Ordering process was quite smooth with a 5 star rating However the order was delivered late although I had explicitly requested for the delivery to be done early in the morning

Medium size bouquet appears to be very small I ordered a medium size bouquet for my daughter in law who lives in Sweden She sent me a photo of the bouquet she recieved It appeared to be fairly small for a bouquet that costs 699 SK more than 60 euros I m sorry I have to say this but it was rather disappointing

I ve used this florist service many times Unfortunately delivery is hit and miss About 1 2 the time there is a problem with delivery My latest purchase was supposed to be delivered today but did not arrive Hopefully it will be delivered tomorrow

The flowers are a bit expensive and didn t look very fresh when they arrived I understand that they travel and some flowers are more delicate than others but still I think it is not worthy I liked the card and the possibility to add chocolate

I like the service but until now i cant know if my order has arrived or not i haven t received any confirmation that the delivery has been completed i tried contacting the customer service but no response yet

The bouqet received was too different

I am usually satisfied regular customer But this time was the bouqet received completely different from what I ordered and also it came with chocolate instead the heart jelly Edit I sincerely apologize for false accusation of missing lottery ticket - my sister eventually found it And many thanks to agent from Euroflorist who investigates the case Right now we are discussing wheter the bouquet could be so much different
