Terrible quality boots nothing like the picture will not refund told to return to china at my own expense Sole fell off within an hour

If I could put a -1 then that would be my rating I ordered thru this company not knowing they were thru china and when it arrived it wasn t the same as the picture not even the fabric After requesting a return they said I would have to send it back to China at my own expense However this came from a distribution center in Illinois why couldn t I send it back there I would NEVER do business with them again

Hello I ordered a dress and they sent me another one and when I wrote that I needed a return label they said I had to pay for everything myself and send it back to China somewhere They also made me an offer that I could keep the dress and in return they would give me a 20 discount on my next order but they didn t want to send the money back And PLEASE don t believe that they will actually send a return label in the end because we complained here They write that in their response but they don t do it

Does not accept returns

Contrary to what their site says they do NOT accept returns They refuse to give you the Chinese return address and instead they give you 2 options a giving you 15 refund in store credit or b giving you 10 back Great so I have a dress that doesn t fit and 3 Do yourself a favor and just find a US site to order from
