Conner contacted me this morning to say he was on his way so we were ready for when he arrived He is a very polite and friendly person and let me know what he was doing throughout the installation of my EV charger He cleaned up after himself and showed me how to work the charger A very very nice young man a credit to his firm

I m going to start this by saying the start of my install wasn t great In short the first engineer I believe was a little inexperienced and had a few issues and caused a small amount of damage to the property fair enough things happen However Wez the second engineer to attend was amazing he rectified all the issues while showing me exactly what he was up to and why He well and truly rescued this install and I know have a working charger that looks professionally installed
