Emily has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish making the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free From my initial consultation Emily took the time to understand my requirements and provided clear straightforward advice and multiple mortgage options explaining the pros and cons of each I never felt pressured and always felt like I was in capable hands Emily was always available to answer my questions no matter how small and kept me updated throughout the entire process She also managed to secure the best possible rate for me and even helped me to to avoid the burden of early resettlement fees on my existing mortgage which provided me with a significant saving and truly exceeded my expectations Massive thank you to Emily at Evolve - highly recommend
