booked a parking with ezy book Stanstead airport nothing mentioned at the time of booking i will be charged extra for pick and drop off as well as no shuttle service after midnight to 5 am upon booking it is showing 24 hour shuttle service and no mention of pick and drop of charges contacted ezy book and they said sorry you will have make own arrangement and suggested to cancel when cancelled charge me cancellation fee of 15 quid all this happened withing 24 hour this company is scam as they do not mention all this upfront eg extra drop and pick up charges no shuttle service after midnight as well as cancelation fee stay away ezbook i have proof of all this upon booking i took screen shot and all the emails regarding cancelation so dont reply back in trust pilot and pretend that what you did is one person mistak

As advised called 30 minutes before arrival at Heathrow The driver arrived an hour later I spoke to driver and office several times and kept getting told 5 minutes The driver advised if I m late to leave my car keys on the tyre and go I said no chance When he arrived I asked if he was serious he said yes Shocking won t use again

I have used Manchester airport parking through ezybook company name parking world ltd Ashton under lyn i had horrible experience of waiting driver for 1 5 hours please never used ezybook for parking otherwise you ll miss your flight

Never use this company to book your parking The companies on their website aren t regulated and some are completely false They take your money and will use your car for their own personal pleasure Read the FACEBOOK EZYBOOK COMPLAINTS PAGE It s horror story after horror story My own car was found abandoned on a traveler s site 10 days after I arrived back from holiday DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE

We waited an hour from calling the car park on return No one arrived so we called again and were told we need to get a train to terminal 5 as the driver was closer to there We went to terminal 5 called again and they said they would call us back once they had spoken to the driver After another half hour no one had called us so we called again and they said he ll be a few minutes and 15 minutes later he arrived no apology after us waiting 2 hours and having to travel to a different terminal from the one booked

Park with us meet n greet will ghost you EZYbook customer service is not worth the paper it s written on My experience Never use either park with us meet n greet or Ezybook Their customer service is non existing They do not honour their words Not one time in 8 weeks has anyone bothered to call message or email a reply That s rather poor If you value customer service and backup don t go anywhere near these companies I was promised by Ali manager of park with us he will process a partial refund That was 17th Dec Today is 31st Dec There is no trust they will do what they say Countless emails and calls they will ghost you if you have any complaints Ezybook are just as useless They claim to send a message to the provider admin and promise to someone will get back to you They do not From my experience and customer service is key these days I would not recommend anyone to use these companies They take your money and cannot offer any support for complaints My complaint - took 1 1 2 hours to return my car Never again will I go the lost cost route for parking

Two hours waiting in the short stay car park to be picked up was told they were ten minutes away every time I called The parking is about twenty minutes away and it s jammed packed with cars doesn t look safe and cars could be easily hit on the unlocked entrance Avoid at all costs never had a service quite this bad before

EzyBook advertises parking prices lower than competitors but what they fail to highlight likely hidden in the small print is that you must pay additional drop-off and pick-up parking charges which were at least 6 each when I traveled Unfortunately the service was appalling The driver who was supposed to pick up my car at departure arrived over 30 minutes late forcing me to pay extra parking fees On my return after collecting my luggage and calling for the pick-up I had to wait nearly an hour The person on the phone was rude and even hung up on me This was my second experience with EzyBook and while the first time was slightly better it was still poor I gave them the benefit of the doubt and a second chance but I will never use their service again I strongly recommend booking with a more reputable company such as Holiday Extra who have staff permanently stationed in the car park for a smoother experience Although they may appear slightly more expensive upfront EzyBook s hidden costs and subpar service make them no cheaper and far less reliable Avoid these cowboys at all costs

I can only assume any positive reviews are fake The person who collected my car looked homeless Whilst I was reluctant to hand the keys over I had a flight to catch and not much choice as they were already late On return I followed the instructions but ended up waiting 45 mins for my car The same homeless looking man returned my keys the ticket for exit and walked off without a word I noted there were a few small scratches on the car that weren t there before Luckily I had taken pictures and raised a complaint but Express Parking Heathrow who seem to own this company were no help They accepted the pictures but requested an excess payment of 750 to make good which is far higher than the damage I ll never use a meet and greet that isn t official as I m sure companies like this are set up and then closed
