On the way to Gatwick it was perfect On my arrival back from my trip it was terrible one hour 15 after my call waiting each time I call them with a different excuse Then when the car arrived the driver apologized and explains that they were short of drivers The vehicle was filthy covered with mud inside out including on the passenger side all my personal stuff was thrown on the floor No respect at all Never will use it again At the same time as my arrival there were over seven families furious waiting their cars and also complaint about the service

I called HPR 20 minutes away but repeatedly was unable to get the phone answered When I arrived at Heathrow they told me I was 30 mins early I had just driven for 4 hours to get there I had to wait 25 mins to hand my car over On return I had to wait 40 mins at the collection point These delays were on a Saturday so hardly a busy day on the roads Also although in the t cs be aware that this business expects you to settle the short term car park fees so factor this in when comparing

Not a great experience when dropping the car called the office 20min before the drop off time and yet had to wait another 60 min to get someone to pick the car up I did call the office a number of times however from the 3rd call onwards the calls ended up in the voicemail Pick up the car on the other side was quicker than expected I have called when the luggage was collected and received a return call within 10-15 min to confirm the car was already waiting for collection In addition to that I have found the people working there apart from the phone handler with a bit of unpleasant attitude and that will put me off when booking the car park next time I have realized that although the meet and greet price was very competitive with other meet and greet companies but you end up worry what might happen to your car during your holiday stay I will pay a bit more next time for the car park at the airport for the peace of mind My advise is if you have an old car you would not worry about and you do not mind waiting for either pick up or drop off then this company is ok otherwise best to pay more

Had a terrible experience with this company The system they use does not work We waited for nearly 45 minutes for our car to be collected before we could proceed to the terminal to catch our flight On our return journey we waited the same amount of time for them to return the vehicle to me I took readings of the odometer on departure and return and it seems they only park the cars approx 3 miles away so to take this long to collect and return a vehicle is unacceptable It seems they run this operation on a bit of a shoe string with very few drivers to collect and return the vehicles I will not be using this company again

Booking was easy through the website picking up we called 20 min before arrival as instructed the driver arrived nearly 15 min late After coming back I called at the customs as instructed I waited for nearly 1 hour in the cold with my kids I called them twice every time they say he will arrive in 2 min surprisingly arrived 30 min after that The more surprising miles and petrol was low for about 80 miles And the parking is 15-20 min distance according to them I will never deal with them again

Under no circumstances consider using this company Car parked in farm paddocks No security Offices are old caravans Staff ignorant and lied Mini bus from rent-a-wreck No SMS communication No call backs Ring our friendly driver when in baggage claim to have the call ignored and transferred to an answering service on another number We were supposed to be collected at 9 30pm when the driver arrived 20 mins late he said his shift didn t start until 9 30pm Arrived back at the car park in pitch darkness and had to unload our own luggage from the van Driver disappears then returns with our car keys in a plastic bag with a scrap of paper with the registration number on it No thank you kiss my or anything I suspect the source of their staff too

Called company to inform we were at the drop off point and told driver would be 20 minutes After 40 minutes still no one arrived After an hour rang again and we were asked which floor we were on confirmed we were parked and waiting at Heathrow pickup point informed we were now running late for our flight Told driver on floor below and would be a couple of minutes Driver eventually met us after an hour and 15 minutes This cost us 17 50 for the park wait and now not much time in the airport to get food before boarding Upon arriving back at Heathrow rang office requesting car Difficulty understanding comments Car arrived after 50 minutes Will not use this company again

This company could improve by checking the flight to c what time they landed or left the destination They ask u to ring when u land which I did had to ring 4time b4 anyone even answered I was waiting over an hour communication cancel is a -10 Worst meet and greetI understand there can be traffic but if they check the flights the service could be b alot better a d not have people waiting around Staff have no mannersMoving on go with the bigger companies and pay the extra this company is the worst stay far far away

Booked Panda Parking for Heathrow Panda had good reviews but for some reason I got a different company Express Parking that was late in 45 minutes and out 15 minutes Waiting to drop off cost me money in the short term carpark False economy seemed cheaper but when you add the extra cost of the short term carpark it was more expensive than the more established firms

Used for booking airport parking The process was very easy The only reason for giving a low rating is that I don t think EZY vet the companies they offer booking for well as my experience with the airport company was shocking Constructive feedback - please do not include companies with poor reputation feedback on your website as that indirectly gives you a bad name Thanks
