I am a frequent traveler and my first experience with ezy book was ok so I am giving 3 star My car was fine but I had to wait over the specified time limit for it to be returned They need to improve vehicle delivery time

We have used Ezy book numerous times And would recommend the services of this entity Every third party we have used have been highly professional A

After a dispute with the company they have dealt with the matter and given a refund I have not used the full service so don t know what it s actually like with regards to the airport drop off however they have communicated the issues well and should think about in future updating their website to be clearer so customers know what their policy s are

On arrival I phoned when we were were close to the short stay car park and again when we re parked inside We were informed there would be a 20 minute wait and were assured we would not have to pay extra We waited 35 minutes and handed the keys and 6 over 5 minutes later the driver phoned saying he couldn t exit the car park as he needed 12 We had to return to the carpark to pay the cost to ensure our car could exit The driver said to claim the additional 6 from you and you will credit back to my account I emailed and got no response When collecting the car I explained to a representative at the carpark he said he would explain to management and my money would be refunded Not impressed with this service and won t be using it again I will be writing an honest factual review

Good price polite and friendly service car returned without damage Only negatives were mobile number often busy and voicemail full carpark waiting fees are not included and alittle bit longer waiting time for collection and return than expected

The booking was very effective and we collected our car very quickly So I have nothing to complain about but I have to say that the representatives of the company seemed very casual and didn t inspire confidence When we dropped our car off I witnessed a huge row with another customer who had waited hours for his car to be delivered With this in mind I was hugely relieved that our car was returned quickly As I said I have nothing to complain about but the experience was quite stressful

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful On my return I was told that I had a tyre showing signs of low pressure although it was getting quite late they kindly pumped up my tyre so I could get home OK However if you have a lot of luggage or are running a bit late you may find the drop off pick up point is a little too far from the terminal Stansted

The carpark was not a real carpark it was more like a yard used to store whatever you want Puddles and mud done bring your Gucci s You will need to be patience service is not 5 I may use them again however only in the summer when its dry

First of all we paid for meet and greet and when we called to drop the car off we were told due to maintenance works we would have drop the car off at the compound and someone would drive us to Gatwick south This did take longer than expected but because we had plenty of time it was not too stressful It could have delayed things and was disappointing that we paid extra for this service which we didn t get When we arrived back at Gatwick it took one hour for our car to arrive Apparently I should have called a day before to confirm flight arrival Spoke to the Indian lady at car park 6 on level 5 and luckily they managed to get my car to me in an hour But without prior confirmation it can take upto 4 hours It s in the terms of conditions So be warned to confirm while you are on holiday She said they park about 500 cars a day so if you haven t confirmed your car will most likely be blocked by other cars which they need to move before they can drive your car to the terminal This is the crucial bit which most complainants fail to do Also if you have tesco club card vouchers you can use these to buy your airport parking for free Good luck everyone and remember- confirm a day before

Overall good downside is waiting time Have to wait more the 50 minutes for drop off and collection outside the terminal in the car park
