this was the first time that I used

this was the first time that I used this company my flight was really early in the morning I made a mistake on the drop off time I called the office and found them very helpful and came and collected the car earlier for me and the same on the return trip will defo use them again the only thing that i was shocked at the price off 8 00 to pay for the driver to leave the parking and 5 00 on exit but that s not the company s fault very friendly people

This is the third time using this

This is the third time using this company and all three times have been very good experiences with good staff on the phone or face to face My only gripe is that we not given any paperwork when they took the car but as it happened it was the same thing as before

Great service at Manchester Airport

Used for Manchester Airport Drop off and pick up service were excellent drivers were there quickly and communication was great It would have been 5 stars except for my dashcam being unpluggled and nothing being said by the driver

You wont be disappointed

It was very convenient and we did not have to wait too long on both ways approx 10minutes on departure and 20 for return Highly reccommended if you dont mind your car getting messy that you can quite expect from parking outside for long

Reasonably priced and a good service

Generally a very good service and reasonably priced I would use again Just a couple of comments that would have enhanced the service 1 The staff who were meeting and greeting were not very conspicuous so clear guidance as to where they will be would be helpful as would them wearing something distinctive such as a jacket or cap 2 On return my flight landed a little late the car was already in the car park for the scheduled arrival time which meant I incurred an additional parking fee The flight details were provided so keeping an eye on this may have avoided this issue

How to book a car into a parking meet and collect car

Webb site very easy to use for booking the car in on arrive at car park checking car in was very good and easy after making one phone call to let them know i was twenty minutes away On return afyer making a phone call i was informed where i was to pick up my car which was awaiting my collection on time Car was in the same condiition when i had left it I impressed to how reasonable the cost was and i would use then again

Good efficient friendly and pleasant experience overall Even when our flights were altered the procedure to amend the booking was good Used Lion parking Be aware that the price quoted does not include the short stay car park entry charge

Convenient for LHR even different terminals

Easy booking online and I phoned them first to check if I can use their parking if I am flying from other terminal and back to where my booking is and they said yes It is very convenient to us Downside is being park outdoor means it will be dusty and you can expect birds poop Staff are very helpfull and warm up the car so can drive straight away Will book again in the future and highly recommended
