We have used Ezy Book a few times with no real issues However during our most recent experience on the 2nd we were delayed in Abu Dhabi by two hours which I promptly communicated via whatsapp Upon picking up our luggage I called as we usually do to inform them of our arrival The person who answered said we were expected three hours earlier I clarified that I had informed them via WhatsApp about the delay Eventually he found our booking and instructed us to wait in the terminal stating he wasn t sure how long it would take Fifteen minutes later feeling confused and exhausted after a 30-hour journey I called back He didn t mention if they would inform us when the car arrived which made me unsure of what to expect When I explained my frustration he responded in a rather rude manner saying I was already told to wait in the terminal After an hour my husband called to inquire about the car and the person who answered stated they were very busy and that we would just have to wait In the end it took 1 hour and 50 minutes for them to bring the car and there was no apology from the driver Given the lack of clear communication and poor customer service we won t be using their service again

The whole site is unbelievably filthy and the running of it is totally unprofessional Cars are parked nose to tail 2 inches apart around the perimeter When I returned after eight days I found that my brand-new electric car with around 600 miles on the clock had been driven 55 miles I could also tell from data that it has been driven very fast The management implied that it was just moved to another site 30 miles away I don t think so Please don t choose this cowboy company

Review of Heathrow Parking ServiceI had a terrible experience with this parking service at Heathrow The customer service was disorganised and unhelpful I had to call multiple times and was repeatedly told I d be called back but no one ever did Their system is confusing poorly explained and when I raised concerns I was told This is not how it works without any clarification When I returned from my trip my family and I were left waiting for four hours Instead of picking us up as per the contract they simply dropped off our vehicle leaving us to figure out transport for our additional luggage The entire experience was stressful and far from professional I m not impressed and I will never use this service again I do not recommend it to anyone Avoid at all costs

Do not use this company misinformation about airport parking at Manchester States will provide parking at Manchester airport not giving the location when you do the booking saying this information will be provided later One company on their website is 8 miles away from the airport in the opposite direction When I asked for a refund they only provided half and would not take responsibility for the misinformation on website

I booked via EXZY book the company was GO pARK Heathrow The fee advertised is not the true fee an additional 15 is added as they expect the customer to pay for the first 15 minutes at Heathrow parking and back Apparently it is written in the info well hidden for the amount I paid I could have gone for a more trustworthy parking service The driver was late by 40 minutes each way despite my calling them at the times given the driver was annoyed that I had called him 2-3 times as I was getting worried about missing the flight I regret using this I would NOT recommend this to anyone I will certainly not use hit agog Terrible very disappointed

Fraudulent company and theives Don t not disclose where the car gets parked and keeps terms and conditions hidden Kept money when stating my refund would be 1-3 days After I realised how con artist the company was and cancelled within half an hour Have reported to fraud services See Facebook reviews in regards to smashed cars and avoid

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY A COMPLETE SHAM Booked my car in with the agent Ezybook who in turn booked me with Park With Us Ltd who are an absolute disgrace of a company When I picked up my car I immediately noticed damage to the left-side wing Their driver Ali who claimed to be a supervisor admitted responsibility and assured me that the company would cover the repair costs He asked me to obtain a couple of quotes which I did and I sent them via email and message Since then I have heard nothing I have called every day for over three weeks only to be ignored cut off or fobbed off with false promises that someone would call me back which never happens The staff are incredibly rude dishonest and completely unprofessional They also refused to provide details for their main customer service office or any company directors To make matters worse the driver who picked up my car had no identification or uniform to prove he was from Park With Us Ltd I had no choice but to leave my car and keys with him as I had a flight to catch This company has zero customer care no professionalism and no integrity How they are still in business is beyond me Consider this a warning avoid them at all costs or you risk being scammed

Do not book with this company I cancelled my booking within the agreed timescale for a full refund and I have been chasing return payment since After emails and speaking to the advisors who all assured me of getting my money back I still to this date have not received it
