Drop off was fine Collection awful

Drop off was fine Attempted to call on landing the land-line provided and no answer I tried 4 other times before calling the mobile number given to call for drop off Bluntly told to go to car park Got there a guy taking a car off someone just stood staring and started rolling a cigarette Asked where my car is I don t know will be here when a driver can get it Called again after 20mins and told car would be 40mins still I was there with 2 autistic children and 2 disabled adults completely exhausted and having to wait for my car after a day of travelling 40mins later still no car Called land-line again Told he will call the driver and call me back no call back I called back AGAIN and told another 20mins and they were on their way Car was still parked at the same place my car has a tracker and I can see location Finally after another 20mins my car arrived an hour and a half after landing Woman told me to click the link on the booking to complain if I felt the need to which I will be doing soon Terrible service

I Do NOT recommend Short stay fee is not included in your booking price - so add on another 12 to your total Unprofessional phone matter - shouting to someone in the background whilst I was on the call Late for collection of car - 20 minutes - and that was after following instructions of letting them know when we were 30 mins away 100 will NOT be using this company again

Picked up car bloody filthy been left under a tree for the week charged us 10 extra for drop off but we was with another couple also charged the same

Our flight cancelled and we had to rebooked 24 hrs later Had to rebook with ezybook and pay again- despite return journey remaining the same Phone numbers given for pick up and drop off- both poor lines- hard to communicate Our return time 9am- rang them after we had collected luggage as advised driver came with car at 10 50am- thought one hour was a long wait

No easy parking

Given the 40 minutes notice on drop off and collection came through very late with no apology Happily drive you car for leisure while your away with no apology Happily hand your car back with traction control off Come on guys service levels aren t being managed with much regard

Very disappointed

When we called to ask where the car should be dropped off the instructions were very unclear and quite stressful for us having to call them 4 times to get a proper response Then upon return car has obviously been used biscuit packets and drinks left inside over 35 miles driven We waited an hour for this to then be told to email a complaint

Good start but poor experience in the end

We decided to use this service to take care of our car while leaving London for a week While giving the car away was pretty easy with no delays it wasn t the case on return As was proposed we informed the service when the plane has landed then when the luggage arrived but it took more than 100 minutes to actually return the car It wasn t delightful to wait almost there delivery guy on the garage s floor with two children Will use an official service next time

PREPARE TO WAIT A WHILE FOR YOUR CAR

Firstly we had to wait 45 minutes for our car to be picked up at T2 even though i was instructed to ring them 10 minutes before I got there On return I rang them when I picked up my baggage made my way back to T2 and waited an hour for my car to arrive To be fair the driver did apologise to me for being late Can t complain about the price for using this company but be WARNED you will not be greeted on arrival you will be waiting

I opted for EZY Booking for the valet

I opted for EZY Booking for the valet service at Heathrow and my initial experience was seamless Upon arrival I encountered their representative at the car park as arranged with no complications whatsoever However my return journey was far from satisfactory Upon landing I promptly contacted the company to confirm the timely collection of my vehicle After passing through passport control and retrieving my luggage I called once more to check on the status of my car Initially I was informed that the driver was en route but upon a subsequent call I was told that the driver still needed to retrieve the car In total I endured a wait exceeding an hour without so much as an apology despite the vehicle being within close proximity When the driver finally arrived he handed me the keys in an entirely brusque manner before walking off without a word To add insult to injury my dash cam was removed with apparent disregard While the service may appear economical I would strongly advise against using this company The stress delays and discourteous treatment render it far from a pleasant experience

No customer service park with us

No customer service park with usPlease avoid Park with us meet and greet and EZYBOOK Neither of these company will give you any customer service if you need it I made a complaint 90 mins to deliver my car That was around 8 weeks ago I ve called called emailed emailed many many times and all I get is excuse after excuse and someone will call etc etc Well not 1 time has anyone ever called back despite their verbal promise Ali apparently is the manager at park with us verbally agree to give me a pet refund That was 10 days ago And since then no communication at all despite Ali promising to make the refund the same day I managed to speak to someone else who gave me a second tel number Again he promised to sort the refund but guess what nothing Based on my experience if you ever need any help or support from these companies good luck The above are my experiences
