The car park is like a building site

The car park is like a building site There is no hard core or anything and we had to move bricks etc so that we could back out The service was OK - they got us there and back- the only problem was that when we went to get petrol we discovered that our petrol cap had been replaced and it now doesn t lock

Friendly drivers but office didn t pick

Friendly drivers but office didn t pick up phone so had to try numerous times Also had to wait 20 mins for my car so may well have just booked long stay On balance would use another meet greet company next time

Meet Greet

Booked Meet Greet service hoping expecting it to be most convenient and time saving option When contacting them on our approach to the airport for our outward trip we were asked to call back once we were nearer only to then have to wait for 15 mins for the driver to meet us when we got there On our return again we called after landing were asked to call back again once through passport control and then had to wait 25 minutes for the driver to meet us Seems the service is built more around their convenience that the customer Oh and be aware that the price you pay does not include the extra 10 each way for drop off in at the short term parking We would have been better off and cheaper just booking long term parking and using a shuttle bus

Friendly staff but a bit disappointed

Friendly staff but a bit disappointed as I called when I was 20 mins away from the airport and was then given the office address to pick up the driver there who would take me to the airport and bring the car back I changed my return date by a day and had to pay 15 which wasn t a problem but then the driver brought my car to me at the back of the airport behind the car park on the road after waiting for 15-20 minutes for him

Beware - can be late

Largely our experience was ok the car was picked up after a short 10-15 minute wait and likewise on the way home However we meet a couple of people who had been waiting more than 30 minutes to hand over their car and one person had had to leave their keys on the dash board as they were at danger of missing their flight We also didn t appreciate the Mac Donalds packaging left in the car

I arrived at the booked time of 4am

I arrived at the booked time of 4am even phoning half an hour before as I was advised to no one was there to meet me and after phoning again I was informed that the airport doesn t open until 4 30 so they will be there at 4 30 they could have told me this before hand They did arrive and take my car where I have no idea When I arrive at Heathrow I called them when I was at the luggage belt as advised but still had to wait over half an hour for them to arrive with my car Apart from the waiting around it was good They just need to be honest with there timings and would have got top marks

Staff totally rude will not let you

although the M G guy was great and arrived early the staff at call centre totally rude will not let you talk They don t tell you about extra charges till you have paid and then managers refuse to call back Staff just talk over you or go totally silent Clearly con artist

Communication could have been better

Communication could have been better we printed and followed the instructions but there was still some confusion over meeting and drop off points On return to T4 we were expecting to see our car waiting on second floor of car park received a call to say car was on top floor Staff carried no ID or company logo so felt a bit nervous leaving car with stranger

Average at best

Unlike other parking meet and greet they make you pay the car park exit fee when you get there and leave the number you call before you arrive is rubbish quality and you can t understand what they are saying which is stress you don t need Had much better services - would think twice about using again - Purple Parking was miles better and less stress albeit if they can sort communication out it would be decent Gatwick

Value for money

Was a bit sceptical to book initially as other company s were charging twice and even three times the fees as Ezy book and was a bit worried as to the service I would receive But I was very wrong The drop off the pick up was all very fluent efficient on time no time wasting My vehicle was as I left it All very professional Would definitely recommend and will use again Thank you for a great service
