Great service from Luna

I was previously really disappointed when my last property manager left but I must say Luna has completely surprised me in a good way Luna has managed to take over management really seamlessly and she s super friendly approachable and has great communication skills I am thoroughly enjoying working with Luna and I hope this will continue on in the longer term

Prompt and supportive response

The response I got today was prompt and impressive However the fact that we do not have a single point of contact with your good selves could be overwhelming and confusing Such a situation if possible would help narrow the number of contacts on property-specific issues to one or two people rather than having emails from about ten or more officers of the company It would also help if all such emails have phone numbers to facilitate urgent response For example we wrote since the 26th of June concerning the issuance of Non-Resident Landlord NRL Numbers and to date we are still awaiting a concrete response granted that Casey promised to get this from her colleagues in accounts
