Boiler fixed straight away

We had an issue with our boiler recently and the heating wouldn t work Thankfully ACOM property were straight on to it and got a plumber out same day with a fix Super happy

I have recently been working with Simon and Terry to help them revamp their marketing communications I have mainly been in contact with Simon who has been professional and easy to communicate with and very patient while we unraveled some historic technical issues Both very nice guys to work with and look forward to our continued relationship in 2023

Had an issue with damp recently Acom and Kristina fixed it within a week after I d tried on my own for 3 months I ll always use a management company going forward

We switched to Acom following a disappointing experience with another agent Simon was very helpful throughout the switch over process We have gone from 50 vacancies to fully tenanted His professional advice has been priceless and his maintenance team have been very reasonably priced responding promptly 10 10 would recommend

Since they became my landlord nothing is too much trouble for them They came in and ripped out and replaced both kitchen and bathroom to such a high spec Any problems they are happybto worknwith you to resolve them 10 out of 10 landlords
