The Pathetic experience with them

The Pathetic experience with them they work like a sloths even sloths are faster than them They are doing my background verification as being a new joinee to PWC SDC India and they have take more then a month for verification Initially there system was not working and i dropped 20 plus mail than they replied and fixed in 10 days There portal for uploading is also not user friends some documents shows continuous error to upload really frustrating Please shut this company ASAP i suffered huge financial loss I hope responsible management and staff handle this

This update service is broken It has not supplied me with an update for when to next renew my DBS No Emails regarding this No texts The website second year in a row has forgotten my account details and organisation pin does not even work second year in a row A bogus sign up service

This company is trash and unprofessional and doesn t know what the world they are doing Excuse my language but I m just very pissed and frustrated with this experience I never went through something like this to get a job They send emails back to back when you signed the document already they create a problem after a problem This company need to be shut down asap Now I can t have a job when I need one bad right now all because of this trash sucks company Really hope they run out of business

One star is way too muchThis company is far in to negative territory I think all their systems are automated poorly No one can actually give you information It s impossible to find out what s going on It s more than a month since they started my employment checks and they still haven t contacted one of my former employers Constant requests for irrelevant information I can t say I ve worked with a background check company I thought was good but these guys are the absolute worst

Employment Verification Nightmare

As an employer who is on the receiving end being asked to verify employment for a prior employee this has to be the worst company I have ever worked with You call them to do the verification and they tell you they can t open the case file they called you about because it is locked They take forever to get back to you and I had to call several times to get this done Finally after getting upset then they decide that they will open up the file I had to repeat to them several times what company I was calling from and who the employee was Employees depend on these things getting done so that they can start their new employment with no hiccups

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY My background check started on 11 20 23 and still hasn t come back yet My job started on 1 02 24 and I can not go through the hiring process until First advantage completes the background check This is bad for everyone The employers are held up waiting for employees to start and the potential employees are losing jobs If anyone sees this and is considering first advantage don t It will be a nightmare for all parties if you do I never complain but nothing else has worked to get them to do their jobs in two months If other victims see this please give them a review This cannot continue

Taken Advantage

Horrendous and horrific experience with this Company that they should be renamed as Taking Advantage They email you again and again and again non stop and is lost internally questions eg please confirm X please confirm B please confirm C when everything is clear on the documents you handed over eg resume pay slips etc the odd thing is they are not even legalised to be vetting key crucial documents only companies with poor HR uses them sad literally sad way of doing HR or Checks

The worst customer service on the planet Been waiting for a refund for two months All I get is excuse emails from someone who obviously does not give a toss Don t use this company Plenty of able honest providers I have to claim my refund from my bank Also made a complaint to the ombudsmen They are thieves I have just contacted Nat West Bank and after showing them the proof They refunded me within 5 minutes Shame on you First Advantage I made the refund request on the 4th of December Also escalated to complaint and was told a manager will call No one called People please stay away Also made a complaint to TFL
