Christmas boiler breakdown

Our first experience was a boiler breakdown on Dec 23 a few years ago when Hewers came out as part of our emergency house insurance They arrived within 2 hours and got us up and running for Christmas Since then we ve been on their Failsafe plan and they ve sorted out both annual servicing and a couple of breakdowns They ve been faultless on everything and when we move we ll be using them for our new house s oil boiler and all the house plumbing electrics Ref for this review HFM5

Fabulous service from Hewer F M Ltd

Our Worcester Combi Boiler went into fault mode late on Friday evening After a few negative phone calls we contacted Hewer who arranged to send someone over the next working day Andy and Devon arrived on schedule and discovered the main fault was with the bearing plate and heat exchanger After a couple of hours work clearing and cleaning the blockage the boiler was back to full working mode Andy and Devon kept us fully informed about the work needed They approached the work in a professional and friendly manner and we could not have wished for a better outcome The written invoice contained a thorough breakdown of the repairs with additional photographs of the problem A big thank you to Hewer F M Ltd

Grenville Holdsworth was great he fixed my Ideal boiler and showed me how to adjust the pressure answered all my questions and explained how the radiator valves work too Very knowledgeable experienced efficient and helpful highly recommend
