I had a new Worcester boiler installed by Hewer 3 engineers led by Barry Yoeman took just two days to complete Their work was exemplary highly professional and competent I thoroughly recommend this Company and award them 5 stars

New combi boiler fitted

Just had a new gas fired combi boiler fitted in attic to replace old boiler in kitchen All work carried out by Brian and Dave and the electrician was top quality and well planned Clean and efficient couldn t ask for better The guys deserve a raise - Thanks for everything Even the price was competitive

10 10 Friendly respectful professional Had issue trying to find spot to put fire alarm in living room He had a very long walk around to find best place for it and that would also make less mess He was very clean and tidy didn t leave any mess at all

Exemplary Service From Paul Shanley

We had to book an emergency call out as our boiler stopped working Following our initial phone call we were kept well informed and when the job was allocated to our technician Paul Shanley he phoned several times to ensure that I was fully updated on when we could expect him to arrive as the job before ours which should have been a simple service became more involved He was very concerned that the old lady in question would be left with a fully functioning boiler and clearly went out of his way to make sure that she was He still managed to get to us within the time slot Hewer had given us and was in fact earlier than expected considering the traffic problems we have in the area at the moment On arrival Paul very quickly diagnosed the problem with our boiler and sorted it out extremely efficiently His knowledge and skills were very apparent as was his superb professionalism and friendly manner It was a real pleasure to meet him and he went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction also providing extremely useful advice in the use of our boiler going forward In closing I cannot praise Paul highly enough for his care and attention and we are extremely grateful for his time and expertise and now also have a fully functioning boiler too Thank you Paul and Hewer for looking after us so well it is really appreciated
