New Failsafe customer here after being recommended by a family member We were lucky to have your lead engineer James Davies arrive promptly to carry out our Failsafe service he provided some great advice on the setup of our boiler to achieve maximum efficiency and savings

Greg was an absolute star

Had problems with my heating A young gentleman came called Greg and he was very polite and respectful of my home Greg explained everything in a way I could understand and checked everything and got my heating working again I would highly recommend him Now to relax and enjoy my warm home

I had the pleasure of having Mr Gary Hilton attend to an urgent call He had a friendly and respectful approach Very professional and attended the job with a positive attitude Mr Hilton ensured we knew what the problem was and how it occurred Thank you again

Had the pleasure of the lovely Nicholas Gakumbi come to visit to carry out the gas safety check He was super friendly and very efficient in carrying out his work Explained what he was doing and couldn t have been more polite Was a pleasure to have him in my home this morning

The heating system at 2 west

The heating system at 2 west view Lydney is an old air source type which is over 20 years old and has played up recently But was expertly repaired by an engineer from Hewer F M called Greg who we can not recommend highly enough he s very pleasant knowledgeable and above all honest

Ref BB01 They were punctual friendly and most importantly got the job done quickly and efficiently With a 3 month old in the house and no hot water we were worried however they arrived early on a Sunday morning to ensure we got our hot water back on quickly Thanks guys

I had a gentleman called Zack come out to fit some new fire alarms he was very friendly professional and did a great job I also want to point out how amazing he was with my dog and made us both feel very at ease in his presence Zack is a credit to your company

Very good service

Matt the service engineer arrived on time and performed my heat pump annual service taking the trouble to explain the system and the checks he performed I was reassured he was experienced and thoroughly knew what he was he was doing I will use Hewer for my central heating service in the future

A leaking radiator pipe and new TRV sorted quickly and without fuss by our engineer today Jon Prompt response by scheduler Susan kept our heat on following a hospital op Been on the Failsafe boiler plan for decades it s a no-brainer Even older combis like ours still remain covered for service and labour we simply pay for any parts which is fine by me Very fair and transparent pricing Hewer has always looked after us well Highly recommended

Paul Shanley was fantastic Not only did he come out the same day my elderly mother rang for an emergency boiler repair he was professional knowledgeable and very pleasant Can t fault the service we received from Hewer Kate Norwood Chipping Campden
