This company is a total scam It s one of those ones that isn t really a company in the UK despite claiming to be in the name advertises on instagram but ships from china If you look for an about us you can t find one They claim they re selling expensive products at heavy discount but actually the products are total trash - very cheaply made poor quality and absolutely stink of chemicals This is so much the case I won t even put them on my skin

Looks nothing like photo

After a very long wait item arrived and looks nothing like the picture Cheap awful thin cardigan and different colours they saved on the red by using orange changing the look of the item completely Don t waste your money Stay away

Definitely not in London

I wish I d seen these other reviews before ordering - clothes are nothing like the quality advertised My biggest problem is how misleading it is so put London in the company name only to find its being shipped and returned to China Very unhappy out of pocket customer

I am very disappointed on the honesty of this service First the website does not display state the items are delivering from China I thought it was locally sourced and available Instead after getting the tracking record from ApplePay I discovered these items origin Second the fact that I have to borne the return cost back to China and short timeframe are unfair In the return policy on the website it does not state the return to China which costs quite a lot with the tracking and via air mail Third they just asked me if I paid for the custom fee I used Royal Mail for a return items and paid what I was advised It seems this company is very shoddy

Much like the other reviews it s a scam Saw an advert on Instagram claiming to be a single mum sadly closing her business ordered some cashmere jumpers in the sale came and two didn t have labels one did and showed synthetic the others clearly were too You have to ship back to China but even to do that it s a battle one of the items was faulty with the seam torn and I m getting nowhere with the refund They go by different names too Clare London Lumin Leeds Velour London although the latter seems to now have been shut down I like others am also trying to get a refund from my credit card company I actually tried to cancel the order before it got shipped but to no avail Avoid

Steer clear of this company

They use photos that in no way resemble the very poor quality items you receive I bought two jumpers for 69 90 and thought they were of Norwegian knit design No returns label a bot response to my first three emails asking for returns details Finally received returns form and address in China after 5 attempts and then too they expect you to foot the cost of return This is against UK consumer law DON T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Scammers
