Scam First of all they used influencers content who was actually promoting other company Nadine Merabi She wore a beautiful dress What came to me was far from what was advertised and what on the pic on their website They are earning money on people s naivety Now when I want to return I need to send the item to China and pay the taxes and posgage cost I will still do it to not to let them earn a penny more

Avoid this company at all costs There should be a 0 rating and with all the reviews on there someone really should be able to shut them down as it s completely unfair on everyone getting scammed I paid 56 00 for the pound land dress that cost me 20 to return and now they aren t process my return because I couldn t give them a tracking number So all in all have spend nearly 70 on a dress that s probably worth 2 99 in material that I don t even have Took 4 weeks to arrive although Royal Mail told me they will have received the item back after 8 days of me posting So it s all horse shite

I would give 0 stars if I could quality is awful and trust pilot reviews are falsely advertised on their website as 4 7 5 when this is not factual Let s just hope you don t make the same mistake as me and buy from here as the small print states you return at your own cost to their warehouse in China Absolute lesson learnt not checking trust pilot first

The worst scam I ve ever experienced DO NOT buy They will not let me return and made me pay 25 to try and return which they rejected once it got to China Such a joke

Took weeks for the delivery to come Product was poor cheap quality and the advertising on Instagram which led me to buy it was completely misrepresentative of the actual product They don t make clear up front that if you want a return you have to self pay to send the item back to China Ridiculous

AVOID AVOID AVOID DO NOT use this company they are complete scammers Ordered from Fenom LONDON however the items get sent from China The dress took over 4 weeks to arrive in which I no longer needed the dress also the dress was nothing like the one I ordered very poorly cheaply made I started a return which was a nightmare in its-self Had to chase up as I didn t receive my refund to be told by AI Emma that I will not be receiving a refund as I haven t sent them a valid tracking number which when wanting to send the item back they just give you a returns address to China don t state for it to get it tracked however I have sent this numerous times along with the receipt with all details of the return on Complete utter scammers Absolutely disgraceful

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS pardon the pun - It s been 5 weeks and I have yet to receive my order The so-called customer support only provides automated nonsensical replies with no explanation for the delay Despite the name suggesting a London-based operation it s clear this is an overseas outfit though its exact location is unclear I have requested a refund four times now but have only been met with absurd responses The images of their products on social media are evidently not theirs and not representative of their products Do not spend a single penny on them I am filing a report
