Their product quality is pretty good I had been a loyal customer buying 5 items totaling around 400 I bought a sweater that just didn t feel good on me and was way heavier than I like They basically have no return policy other than in-store credit and you can forget about talking to a person about any issue you may have They don t even have a customer service number Live chat is as close as you re going to get There s too many good vendors out there that have fair return policies With them they won t even accept a return from a loyal customer on an item that hasn t even had the tags removed
