The online video explained really simply how to replace the broken part The cost of the spare part was a fair price and having replaced it it felt like the phone was new again Modular fairly traded phones and recycling materials are definitely the way forward

Current rating 5 5 Fairphone customer service was very helpful They responded to my feedback and helped me to ensure that the delivery goes through as it was delayed The product is great as always I stand by the screen protector with privacy filter It s my favourite Previous description of the experience 2 5 The order still hasn t arrived It s not the first time I m ordering the screen protector but I ve never had problems with the delivery Unfortunately it s quite delayed but it s not Fairphone s fault I m usually very happy with the service and products so I hope that I will receive what I ordered and I ll make sure to change the rating
