My first FOREO and definitely NOT the Last

I bought My first FOREO device Last year December LUNA mini 3 among other two devices which I purchased as a gift for Family Unfortunately mine the battery was faulty and needed to charge frequently As I bought it from online platform in Singapore I can only claim warranty direct from FOREO international I am so grateful to be assisted by Antonijia via e-mail She has help me through the replacement process and now Im waiting for the device to arrive I almost dishearten as the seller here refuse to replace it But Antonijia is very patience to guide me step by step through the process I am more confident in this product knowing that the customer service also very excellent and efficient I Will highly recommended FOREO not only for the product but their services

I m very happy with the customer service I received when trying to get a replacement for a faulty Luna 4 Body Brush Mine had quit working after a year and a half but was still under warranty The process to make a claim through their site went smoothly I also love the product itself If you use it slowly over your skin it makes your skin feel very smooth even smoother than when I use an ayate washcloth Thank you so much

I recently dealt with a FOREO that broke after a month and a half I am a long time user of FOREO Probably about 8 years So I knew that was not normal for this product I contacted the company through the contact form and Arya responded She first went through the trouble shooting procedures etc At the end she sent me a brand new one She was kind and has excellent customer service skills I will definitely continue to buy products from FOREO I have three daughters Along with my FOREOs I have purchased FOREOs for them as well I really like the product It s a great company Thank you Arya for all your quick responses and helping me out

Bought my first product service delivery and ordering were amazing Very easy all round Decided to purchase a second item the website would not accept my discount code Emailed the company and Nady became involved She sorted the problem easily and quickly Delivery was delayed Nady expedited this through their logistics department Finally I was unable to register my product on the Foreo app once again Nady came to the rescue The second order did not go through as easily as the first However with the intervention of Nady all ends well I don t know if Foreo can clone Nady but her customer service was superb Oh by the way great products
