Do not buy here I ordered something to find out it was half the price elsewhere Stupid me So I looked for a cancel order button There is none so I contacted customer support Minutes after ordering They asked me why i was cancelling I told them honestly that it was half the price elsewhere 21 euro difference is a lot The next day they tell me it can t be canceled and that I will just have to trust their product and judge it once it arrives The order status is still unfulfilled so they are not only trying to force something on me that I want to cancel they also lied I contacted them again through PayPal email got sent to the same chatbox Demanded my money back and wil take action via PayPal if they don t comply They should be ashamed of themselves They refuse to refund me and sent out the order anyway I ll just have to try and refuse it cause it comes from China so sending it back myself will cost 22 50 It s not from the USA like they make it look Edit After refusing and returning the package I clearly didn t want and asking them yet again for a refund they sent me this We re so sorry about this But please kindly understand that we can t receive the parcel even though you refused the delivery Thus refund can t be supported So not only do they refuse to cancel your order they also refuse to refund you THEY ARE SCAMMERS I ll just try to dispute this with PayPal or my bank Edit 2 After months of paypal checking out my claim to get money back They have refunded me in full acknowledging my claim was true and the company was not in their rights to not refund Thank you paypal for doing your job well

TERRIBLE THE PRODUCT IS SO CHEAP I bought for 27 few days after ordering I checked my account and they actually charged me about 8 more They keep trying to convince me not to return the item without even giving me the information to return it It s only been a few days since i received it I ve been messaging them ALL DAY annd they ignored me for hours and I know it because I messaged them off of my other email and they responded multiple times They won t give me a hassle free return like their website says It s been hell so I had to file a dispute with my bank and report them Keep in mind I ve responded every time saying I want to return it I don t care the shipping cost I want my money back and what s the address Messages from customer service below If you would like to return the shipping fee may be very expensive to you So how about we refund you 3USD as compensation and you keep the products after paying 35 they offer me 3 What an insult We feel so sorry for your situation We can understand your demand for return and refund but our rule is that if you want to return the goods you must pay the postage Our return warehouse is in China so I sincerely suggest you keep this product and accept our compensation Because the postage is really not cost-effective Our products do not meet your purchase expectationsWe are deeply sorryBut our products are not wrongSo we can only give you so much compensationIf you insist on returning you will bear the return freight and any accidents on the way

Never received my product and Faithfulm keeps sending me to an automated site and refuses to give me my product or refund me Sca m site for sure BEWARE

Absolutely useless customer service ordered 2 the same item s by mistake within minutes I tried to cancel one item I didn t get anywhere so now I am trying to return the item for a refund and they won t give me an address want to give me 3 compensation for a 45 item I don t need Never again will I order item again from this company

I purchased two bra s from this website I ordered a 42DDD and they sent me two XL bra s when I tried to tell them that the wrong size was sent I sent photo s showing their code and that they say XL they told me the size was correct and told me it would be very expensive to return so they finally only gave me a 8 00 refund which is a joke You could clearly see by the pictures that the sizes were not the same size they were closer to maybe a A cup Was very dissapointing as they are no use to me DO NOT BUY FROM THEM They do not like to give refunds
