Falcon 9 have helped me out massively when wanted to order a new airsoft rifle Ben is such a great help and will be using again Even met a couple of times and so sites

Couldnt ask for better service

Genuine honest review Couldnt have found a better company to deal with came into airsoft knowing nothing they gave me plenty of advise and support where needed and set me up with a starter package giving me everything i needed when ever i had a problem falcon 9 was there to help will be using them again

Outstanding customer service

Dealt with this company twice now and the customer service is outstanding my first order arrived within 2 days and I put the second order in late but needed some of the gear for a game on Sunday so the owner Ben dropped it off to me himself on the Saturday as he was only an hour away cannot fault them

Blows the competition out the water

Great range of products friendly and professional service very competitive prices I bought everything I needed to get started with airsoft Ben talked me through all the options and was very honest about everything I never felt pressured into buying the more expensive products Everything arrived and worked as expected Falcon 9 is the only supplier I use now Highly Recommend

Brilliant customer service

Been doing airsoft for a couple years now but couldn t ever find a shop that both had brilliant knowledge and great stock of items Spoke to falcon 9 and they helped with everything I asked Will definitely be doing a lot more business here

Above and beyond for his customers

Spoke to Ben privately looking for advice he took the time out of his day to help me as much as he could including asking follow up questions and updates Never once tried to sell me products that I didn t need and was genuinely interested in helping I ll be using Ben and Falcon 9 Airsoft for everything I need in the future

I have recently returned to Airsoft

I have recently returned to Airsoft after many years of not playing Aisoft I had the pleasure of meeting Ben Falcon 9 at Cotswald Airsoft he was helpful and knowledgeable about Airsoft and pointed me in the right direction of what I needed I purchased a G G M4 the Airsoft M4 was awsome straight ot the Box i will be using Falcon 9 to purchase my other products that a require for my new found love of Airsoft the hole experience was awsome

Amazing Service

Me and a few mates recently got into Airsoft I found out about Falcon 9 Airsoft through a few Facebook groups Dealt with a guy called Ben who was extremely helpful who went above and beyond to ensure I got everything I needed and even took the time to drop the package off personally as I was in the local area He went through everything and all maintenance I highly recommend Falcon 9 to anyone I will continue to use them for everything

Very helpful top notch customer care

Ben was very helpful when getting a new AEG took the time to make sure everything was perfect and I was happy with what I got Big focus on customer care and very passionate about everything Airsoft
