Excellent Customer Service
I bought a mirror from Fancii back in February via Amazon I have had a few issues with the mirror charging I have tried numerous fixes but not have worked adequately so I decided to contact the company I d indirectly purchased from I didn t hold out much hope I ll be honest How wrong could I have been Exceptionally speedy response time I m talking minutes and the issue entirely resolved in way less than ten minutes from raising the complaint to resolution Impressive by any standards Angelica you are a credit to Fancii
