Impossible to delete Account or CC

They lure you with a free Hoodie but don t forget it s impossible to delete your account or credit card you have to jump thru hoops and beg customer support to do so something got ordered on my husband s account and they nor the vendors would refund BIG NO NO

Terrible experience

Started off with my original order getting canceled Then had to redo everything Then I never got my package UPS said it was delivered but was not there Then tried to file a claim and that got no where Terrible experience all the way around

Never received my order

Well you guys were certainly fast to charge my card Unfortunately I have yet to receive the product I ordered I received an email with my confirmation number but haven t heard from y all since I m going to go ahead and assume it s not on the way

Well I basically bought a hoodie using the QR Code from one event they were partner but ended up I have never received the hoodie itself I guess it was some kind of Scam So I had to ask for the refund but so far it was not processed

Very slow nothing new to the checkout process

Very slow It took 4 weeks to receive the item The order UX was no different than any other checkout process Getting to the checkout page via a QR Code is nothing new either I either totally missed the difference or it s not big enough to really improve the checkout experience

Ordered the 1 hat during natural selection snowboard competition and got charged on my credit card but still haven t received anything in the mail Would love to hear back from someone about this as I haven t had any customer support about the delay Thanks

This is a scam company just wanting your info

This is a scam company They ran a 1 hoodie promotion only to collect customers data and then to cancel all the orders I want all of my data deleted from their servers DON T FALL FOR IT THEY ARE DATA MINING SCHEMES Update Let s not hide behind your story to try and hide what you were doing If what you say is true there are 1000s of ways to prevent what you said happened You could have set order limits or created unique promo codes for those who attended the event You knew exactly what you were doing You wanted free exposure free advertising and you were data mining for people s emails and contact info without wanting to pay for it
