I m still waiting

I m still waiting on the 1 hoodie promotion my husband ordered 1 and was charged 1 I ordered 2 and paid 31 To date we have only received 2 of the 3 Would appreciate an update

Okay service

I had no issues and was happy with the service I received However I did not give 5 stars because a friend of mine did not get the same great service When he placed the order it did not say you could not use a p o box but then his order was never shipped He does not have a physical address where he can receive packages so he had to ask for a refund instead of getting what he purchased Some people do not have physical addresses and should be allowed to use a post office box

The hoodie is soft but it sheds lint

It has been a month and a half since I placed my order but I have still not received the merchandise I received an email that the package was shipped but for some inexplicable reason it was returned to the shipper No additional information is available and there has not been another shipment I am disappointed with the process UPDATE About a week after my original review I received the hoodie without any advanced email alerting me of the new shipment The hoodie is nice and soft but it needs to be washed prior to wearing otherwise the black fleece sheds lint everywhere I learned the hard way

Ordered a hoodie in October

Update 2 - Fast has be good about keeping me updated Received email this morning that hoodie has shipped Appears Fast has made this right and I appreciate the service Update 1 - I received an email the other day with a response and a code to reorder because for some reason my order never processed It shows now processing I will update again when it shows as shipped Ordered a hoodie in October Order still has not been processed Sent an email request to get information No one has responded yet and that was days ago I m very disappointed I will not recommend if this is the kind of service you provide

Ordered 2 hoodies

Ordered 2 hoodies first one never arrived but it was the chosen UPS s budget shipping services fault I was charged for both but 2 months later still haven t received a hoodie Update I wasn t able to cancel either order but one arrived the day I left for Florida for the winter so it s sitting on my shoe rack I know it was only 2 dollars but most companies with good customer service wouldn t charge you for the 2nd shipment I had a minute to feel the hoodie It s very thin and not the best quality I d say it s worth about 5 so I got a deal or more likely wasted 2 because I ll never wear it It s ironic that they are called fast LOL

1 hoodie of course is great deal It is very thin so don t know how long it will last but a fabulous deal and glad I got it If I would have paid the 30 for it I would have sent it back It s a 8- 10 at most item and that s be nice Shipping took so long I had forgotten that I had bought it Best of luck and have a good day

I placed several orders and got 1 hoodie that was a 3xWhich is what I ordered It s an amazing hoodie by the wayI placed 2 more orders for 2 xl hoodiesAnd never got them but was charged I placed another order for the same thing again and it showed it was canceled I know it s only a couple of dollars they took out of my account but I really wouldn t mind getting the 2 xl hoodies I ordered Thank You

My sweatshirt order was lost by the courier My emails to FAST went unanswered for almost a week despite the auto reply that said I would get a response much sooner I was then given a discount code since my order was lost as FAST was not responsible but the discount code did not work But overall - at the end of the day - I ended up with a nice comfy sweatshirt and was satisfied with the result It was just a bit bumpy through the process

Product not received

It has been a week but have not received my product yet Maybe they are just backed up Can t really review just yet Gotta say was very surprised Wrote this review and within minutes I received a reply Not many companies get back with you that quick if at all Kudos to Fast I look forward to reviewing the product
