Looking like a winner

Still going with my fasting journey and so far in 2 weeks I have managed to drop 4 2kgs A couple of things I would love to see would be more options for activity I am a cyclist who rides upwards of 250kms a week at a solid intesity and a larger range of drinks like diet shakes to assist with fluid intake Also love to have the ability to list fluids without it potentially breaking a fast as sometimes it is hard to add at the time you consume and you want to add later One last thing I have only seen meals and food that seems to follow a pretty strict vegetarian eating plan I did try vegetarian at one stage for a few months and it is definitely not for me

The app is nice

The app is nice the recipe s are helpful The only thing I wish the app did is tell you how nutritional the meals snacks are just an insight to know if I need more protein carbs less sodium etc For the meals that are not from the recipes provided on the app this would be very helpful

Positive experience

It helps alot to get reminders and encouragement messages on my mobile The fasting itself is not that difficult although easier in the morning than at night for me personally The recipes are quite useful and easy to follow My FastEasy stepcounter differs quite a bit from my Fitbit that I am wearing The Fitbit is accurate and indicating far more steps than FastEasy FastEasy has helped me to realize I need to drink much more water which I am doing now with good results Overall I feel good on this eating fasting regime

The first day was a little hard thinking I would be so hungry but the notifications to drink more water really helped It s always nice to see a visual to guide you I have already found out I don t need to eat as often if I eat enough protein and other fiber foods

The app has made it so easy to start intermittent fasting I m on day 6 and it has felt easy It s made me conscious of my steps - which has seen me go for an evening walk or catch train to work instead of drive to get my steps in I m drinking at least 1 5l of water which is an improvement on none I ve totally stuck to the fasting routine and it s been great to read what the body is doing in-between hours Really motivated Only thing is I wish I could sync my watch with the app to accurately calculate my steps Could also do with recipes to food suggestions

Great but need easy access to recipes

I m finding the ap very easy to use and love the interaction My only wish was that the recipes you suggest to eat each day would click and take you to the actual recipe I cannot find the ones you suggest daily the ones in the recipe link are lovely but I d like to try and stick to your options but find them so hard to locate

I am pleased with the program

I am pleased with the program It is easy to follow without feeling I am on a diet I am doing the 16 8 fast and I don t even feel hungry during the fast weight loss is slow I have lost 2 7kg since I started a month ago but it is lasting not like those diets where you lose weight and put it on plus plus when you stop It was disappointing that the app isn t available on my smart watch as the steps are always low compared to the record on my watch That s where they lost a star The reminders are great as well as the information and recipes provided I chose to renew as it s good to be able to monitor the timing as well as hydration Well done Fasteasy folks

I m doing ok but just struggling at moment due to working a lot and Christmas being here too I m trying but know I will get back to it soon Just some days I struggle but doing as much as I can

Great app works well

The app explains the process well and helps me to track my fasting drinking eating It s really helped me to ensure hydration Suggestions for improvement - I don t like the 7 min workout section which I don t use because I do my own morning yoga routine This should be more flexible to just log some excercise - I would also prefer the coffee options to be more simple like coffee w milk or sugar coffee black because I don t drink capuccinos or lattes as my coffee w calories - It would be great to log of calories with the food It doesn t need to be fancy but total calories consumed would be helpful data
