I m getting fatter

I follow the schedule of fasting I ve been on it for almost a week now And I ve gained 2lbs So it doesn t seem to be working g for me so I m extremely disappointed

Good example

The fact that I can t put in a date range is a good example Fasteasy wants me to pick a day and submit an experience for that date instead of a review of my last week If I don t have my phone at hand or totally forget to stop start a fast navigating around the app to make corrections is confusing and can cause more problems than it s worth I have to eat 30-60 minutes after a morning run or workout That s a 3 hour window around 8am I am not a millennial I don t carry my phone 24 7 like Linus carries his security blanket As a result the steps feature is worthless to me and I have to manually enter my start and stop times Overall I consider Fasteasy to be more trouble than it s worth

Good start but some issues

It did help me get started with intermittent fasting which I appreciate I read most of the brief articles and thought they were well done Using it as a fasting clock was initially useful but I can do that easier with just by iPhone I found the constant reminders to hydrate intrusive - I get plenty of fluids and having to enter them in the app so I would not get reminders quickly became annoying AFTER WRITING THIS I DISCOVERED THAT HYDRATION AND OTHER NOTIFICATIONS CAN BE EASILY TURNED OFF The integration with Apple s Health app is not very good I use an Apple watch for steps and an Withings scale for weight both of which send data to Health They do not seem to make it to your app in a timely or consistent way It is a good app that needs a little rethinking and adjustments in my opinion Good luck in the future

There are helpful tools and information

There are helpful tools and information available on the app but I feel it s lacking in areas There isn t a place to log calories or exercise There s no chat to speak with your fasting coach or any kind of support group The recipe section is disorganized and doesn t actually get sorted when you select a meal type When I purchased the extra fitness and recipe plan I thought it would give me a workout routine everyday to follow it s just a PDF you download with some suggestions As far as the fasting information and tracker it s helpful The hydration tracker is nice as well just not sure I ll renew my subscription

Just joined taken 2 different payments against my credit card both already showing on my account and keep saying buy now Over 50 down and nothing from the app How do I get my money back Update would like to add that they have got straight on it and have been lovely in sorting if out for ne

A little disappointing

The ease of the app is good However it does nothing more than other free fasting apps do and as its a paid for programme I did expect a bit more It doesn t sync with my phone so the step counter doesn t work unless you carry it with you all the time and you can t Manually adjust it Only suggests vegan vegetarian recipes and they don t even say quantities needed

1 Wish there was an easier way to search a recipe like Zucchini Salad Bowl without having to go thru all the choices by just typing in Zucchini and all the recipes come up for that item This way you can search for this week and or following week so you can purchase those items to incorporate those recipes into your routine in advance 2 when you looking at your daily fasting plan the day or a few days beforehand it would be nice to just click on that tab first meal per say and see the recipe 3 1 Is there a generic listing of staple items ex almond butter cocoa chia etc you should have in your pantry for the recipes being offered as well that should usually be in your pantry

Good App but needs work

I love the Fluid intake measure the Timer and the Weigh In but I am disappointed that I can t connect to my FitBit OR log my own step stats Also I would like to be able to log my meals and get nutrition stats like Nutracheck Also the recipes are very limited and the sane ones appear under different categories Good App but could be incredible

I like the recipes

I like the recipes but it is difficult to find the one you re looking for without looking through all of recipes If there is an easier way please let me know Also I stopped my fasting last night at 1115pm but continued my fast again at 1130pm until 1215 today How can I reflect that to be accurate with stop and restart times

I dislike that I ve put on weight in my 1st week of strict fasting I don t like there is no meal plan outline
