Don t Use These People

I had a towbar fitted by these jokers and quickly found that none of the electrics worked I took my car back to them and after much head scratching they decided that the fault was with my car battery I had the battery checked at Halfords Quick Fit and by my local Volkswagen dealer and was told by all three that the car battery was fine Unable to get to the bottom of the problem I took it to a specialist towbar fitter and his first comment on inspecting the electrical work was Was this put in by Fastfit Connections were loose and duck taped together the electrics were not appropriate for a Volkswagen and and one of the wires was rubbing against bare metal threatening a fire in the future To rectify the utter mess they made of the electrics will now cost me an extra 300 on top of the 516 they charged me for substandard work This I intend to get back through the Small Claims Court My advice is not use these people under any circumstances
