Dear Collectors I am also a collector like you and I don t recommend you to shop from favorGK at all Because if things go wrong all they care how they can get away without spending money Let me share my experience and you decide I have ordered Moon Glow Sailor Mercury Figure and I have been pretty excited I have paid a 69 99USD deposit in Jul 2022 I have paid 330 5 USD 3rd April 23 Figure arrived broken in 2 pieces on 14th April I took too many pictures while unboxing just in case So I shared photos with FavorGK So they said they can replace one of the broken pieces and the second piece isn t broken just fallen off so use the glue First thing is first I will never use any glue on any of my collectable items Second thing is that it is definitely broken I can totally see it Well they are not nope we can t do anything can send you any replacement - because it is not broken I wish I could add pictures here so you could see Opened a paypal case and yeay they are happy to accept return just however - I ask them if they will refund only 330 5USD or they will also refund 69 99USD - I ask them if they will cover the return shipping cost- as figure s came out not my fault - I ask them as this resin figure came broken what if it is damaged on the way back And no single response They refuse to answer by email because the paypal case is open and they don t respond by paypal too which takes me where - I want me to return pay the shipping and possibly not pay for 69 99 preorder too Where is the quality of the service they do where is customer service to respond to 3 reasonable questions so can decide accordingly Where is customer satisfaction So just don t It is resin or even PVC items it doesn t worth the stress

DO NOT BUY FROM FAVORGK I can t stress this enough if anything goes wrong with your order the company will not give you a full refund Their quality is bad the company is suspicious The owner hides their information and the return address is not disclosed but comes from China The store is a front for the manufacturer in China The customer service is a joke they are slow to help you and cannot do anything to help you ultimately it has to be the manufacturer I bought a figure from them that arrived broken It had lights that were damaged and a battery compartment that broke off the figure I asked for a replacement and they told me to fix it myself with the help of youtube videos I told them I can t repair broken electronic pieces and they offered to give me 20 for my troubles 20 of the 362 I spent on that crappy figure Which is not worth the money by the way because the statue looked used The paint was chipped scuffed and it looked like it was painted in a hurry completely different from what was displayed on their website So after I asked for my money back they ghosted me and refused to answer my emails I had to contact PayPal about a refund and suddenly they were super attentive to my issue They offered a full refund which wasn t a full refund because they kept my deposit if I could return the item It had to be in their original packaging which at the cheapest courier was going to cost me 360 to return to China Thats how I found out their return address is to China which is something they don t disclose with you Something that isn t posted in their return policy the large cost for return shipping The courier let me know a lot of companies like this are scams that run business through China and produce poor broken quality items knowing the buyer can t afford to ship them back PLEASE PLEASE AS A WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM FAVORGK Go anywhere else This store is a scam Don t give them your money because if something goes wrong they are going to do everything they can to keep your money I honestly wish I could give 0 stars

I was scammed out of 676

I was scammed out of 676 for a Tifa Lockhart statue They responded to my emails at first advising me the statue was in stock I paid the 676 Later I saw two invoices which one had paid and the other waiting for payment I sent an email inquiring about the invoices I heard nothing from that email I only received one about shipping Something seemed off so I canceled An automatic response came that I would hear from them soon regarding a refund I heard nothing I sent numerous messages and they ignored me I went on Instagram to contact them because on their website it specified to do so if necessary I told them my experience and was blocked I left reviews on Facebook explaining my experience and nothing I know many believe they re legitimate If you have problems or cancel then it s a game changer Go some place else These people aren t worth it I have to go to the attorney general and my credit card company regarding my refund I m just allowing more time so they can t make excuses Three days and that s it Two already passed All they have to do is give me my money and they re too trifling to respond to an email Update 9 24They just emailed me saying my order was ready to be shipped as soon as I paid the shipping I emailed them back to ignore the other emails and just send it to save time and confusion I paid 98 We ll see what happens I might amend the review Update 10 7No statue They advised me it was shipped On the UPS website UPS never received the item I contacted them and they said The item was shipped and will show once it gets to my country UPS isn t that slow I emailed them again yesterday showing them on the UPS site nothing has changed I heard nothing else STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS In matter of fact I ordered three statues from two other places and received them with no problem Just this one

Avoid at ALL COST

Avoid at ALL COST They will rob you dry with the shipping cost and pretend there are no other options They are currently asking me 95 USD to ship a 15cm Pokemon figure There is NO WAY shipping from China is that expensive especially when compared to other shops who sells the very same item also shipping from China and ask 1 4 of what FavorGK is asking for the shipping On top of that they will hold you hostage with the deposit you dared pay at the time of the initial order and make threats like if you refuse to pay shipping the order will be canceled in 30 days and we do not refund the deposit to force you to pay their excessive shipping cost To make things worse I actually have an other 15 cm Pokemon figure on order and they are making everything in their power to REFUSE and make it impossible to ship them together to help me save a bit of money They basically want me to pay 200 USD to ship 2 x 15 cm toys Really suspicious shop behaviour I highly regret placing an order with them and I will never be back AVOID please buy from other shops they are not the only ones to sells statues

Horrible customer service

Pre ordered 2 things from favorgk pay they shipping rest of cost invoices no problem All of a sudden I get one of the 2 things to my house one day on the 14th Box is beat up pretty badly thankfully the merchandise was ok The packaging had very little padding to protect the product 2 small sheets of bubble wrap that only covered two sides of the box leaving the other 4 directly against the shipping box I emailed them to tell them the box was damaged They emailed me back saying we have no control over shippers which I understand but when I emailed back asking again for the status of the other order and that their packaging for their products was extremely poor they emailed me back with the tracking for my other package completely ignored or had no rebuttal to their poor packaging - So between getting no shipping notifications for either of the products until I had to reach out to get one of the two and their poor handling of even holding any accountability for the damage product it s a site I can say I m not going to return to anytime soon

Avoid at all costs

Slow to communicate I had to constantly chase up on the status of my order after I made final payment Then when it was finally posted out they sent it to the wrong address not just a street over but 2500 kilometres away Apparently this was my postal service s fault that they put the wrong address on my package Don t bother asking for a refund They don t do them Never again

AVOID Terrbible Customer Service

Sent wrong item 2 months later still waiting for a resolution and they are chasing me for payment of 2 other statues now My credit card company is now having to get their money back

The WORST Customer Experience I ve Ever Had

So back in the Summer of 2022 I placed an order for a Gengar evolution line Statue as a gift for my friend This model was gorgeous and was listed for about 80 00 so I was like This looks great my friend will love this So I place the order and get an ETA of Nov Dec Perfect either will be here for their Birthday or it ll be here for Christmas easy December comes and I get no news on the item just the confirmation email from the Summer Strange so I email them to find out whats up January rolls around they get back to me ETA has been moved to Q1 of 2023 so by the end of March Ok slight set back but it happens so I ll wait APRIL 2023 Nothing from the company so I email them again about ETA They get back saying ETA is Q1 of 2023 I email back saying excuse me but it s past Q1 of 2023 what om Earth are you talking about They email again sorry new ETA is end of Q2 now Alright now I m annoyed but WHATEVERJUNE-AUGUST 2023 I email AGAIN as this company does not give any updates it seems They say the ETA is undeterminable right now do to the manufacturer I go Excuse me what do you mean You guys have been giving me useless ETAs for the last year only after I had to email to get the info in the first place and you are now only telling me you have NO IDEA So at this point I m fed up going back and forth with them over and over and them never reaching out I ask for a refund after dealing with all this for so long and I would rather not deal with this anymore OOPS sorry but we don t DO refunds but since the ETA has been so long we can do store credit Except I don t want store credit just to get ANOTHER thing that stays on a never ending ETA nightmare so I go screw it at this point we ll wait it out TODAY JANUARY 2024 THE ITEM IS READY TO SHIP HUZZAH Except PLOT TWIST the item now costs an additional 150 USD and a shipping cost of ANOTHER 150 USD I go WHAT THE ACTUAL FLAPJACK HOOTERY IS THIS Nowhere in the entire history of this order was it said to have costed THAT MUCH MONEY bc if it truly costed 230 USD just for the item I would not have placed the order but ANOTHER 150 to SHIP IT ARE YOU MAD I email them back this and they just say Well the info for the item was there you didn t read it and we took down the info after your inital purchase AGAIN I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED IF I HAD SEEN A PRICE LIKE THAT WHAT DO YOU MEAN So I have canceled the order they have taken my deposit and I have nothing to show for it other then this story NEVER USE FAVORGK This is a 0 Star review holy hell what a mess
