We are and have been looking at properties in Koh Samui Our realtor is and has helped us immensely with every detail and question Including videos of the property of interest George Willoughby has spent countless hours walking us through all the details of buying a property of our liking Currently we have an offer in on a property and waiting for a response from the seller who has been in the hospital where she lives in the UK If that offer isn t accepted we are also currently looking at another Can t say enough good about George We live in the USA and the seller in the UK George covers all the bases and does an excellent job in all areas We are 100 happy with his expertise

Despite I wasn t able to find a housing solution for me I need to praise k Nune s professionalism and promptness she hosted me constantly and was active also on weekends Kudos on that I am sure that with a bit of more time she would have found what I was looking for i can only highly recommend her services

I was in touch with Kwan from Fazwaz for at least 6 months before our move to Phuket She was always very helpful responsive and polite When we arrived in Phuket she understood my requirements so well that we were able to find a long-term rental within a week Her English is excellent so she was able to translate for us Highly recommended

I recently moved to Koh Samui and immediately started looking for an apartment I went online and was helped by Premparn Tom Premlak He responded to my web request the same day and had 1 place to show me right away We looked at it but it needed some work During that visit we sat down and discussed exactly was I was looking for Within 2 days he had another couple of places lined up and I ended up renting one of them He is timely courteous and a good listener I highly recommend using Tom as an agent
