Order inexplicably cancelled And bad communications

Placed an order on the website for the first time Took 5 days to reply and then returned my order although a charge went through successfully Followed up for a reason but they were not forthcoming If God was so unapproachable and curt I would fear him too Not a pleasant experience

Terrible customer service stated order cannot be cancelled and item non returnable what a joke I refused the parcel filed a dispute with my card as I am legally able to cancel an order especially 1 hour after I placed this No response from customer support terrible from them and will never shop with this site again Don t get scammed by these guys

Great marketing but a poor product Quality of material was subpar They must get a lot of one time customers as I would not repeat Unfortunate as they have good designs Just poor customer service and material that doesn t match he price Won t last and not worth the investment
