Be very careful when using fedex

Be very careful when using fedex I purchased a label to send a product back to China I chose the send without an account option got the label and went to their drop off point The label was rejected due to a valuation limit being breached The fedex website did not advise of this even though i put all of the details in and they took the money in advance I contacted fedex via email and over the next couple of days emailing back and forth they requested the same information multiple times even though they were given the information I eventually called and got customer service who said he would escalate and get investigations to call back No call back later i decided to ring them to be told that they couldnt discuss it with me as I wasnt the account holder KI explained that I didn t have an account and that I had selected the send without account option The operative was rude and told me that the account I used was a company called parcel 2 go which I had no knowledge of She said that was what happened when choosing that option The fedex website does not tell you this I said that the money had come out of my account and went to a fedex account Doesnt matter she said they would not process a refund as I had used another account which fedex had put my transaction through without my knowledge or consent Fraudulent no I will be contacting trading standards about this AVOID FEDEX AS THEY USE POTENTIALLY FRAUDULENT PRACTICES

If I could give less than 1 star I would Work full time so just assumed that they d leave the parcel They won t which is fair enough but there is no possible way on their app to change delivery address or give different instructions The missed delivery card they give states a website can be used for such things then when you visit it it says the page is unavailable FedEx as a the delivery service has actually put me off buying from the company I bought from again

Got an email saying delivered and signed by me I certainly DID NOT So where is it You are liars liars liars People please listen do not use this incapable disposable delivery or in my case wrong delivery

Simply the worst Still waiting for a parcel that was supposed to be delivered on 24 01 25 and now I need to go down to collect it because they keep on giving me different excuses regarding my delivery every single day since then

waited in all day for fedex to deliver my package 1 22pm card through door saying thay tried to deliver package never rang bell what a complete waste of time

Fedex is completely useless

Fedex is completely useless I was supposed to have a parcel delivered between 8 40 and 12 40 today but it did not arrive When you try to track the parcel you only get general information not where it actually is when it is out for delivery The chatbots they use both online and on the telephone are equally useless and simply reiterate information that is not what is required Do not use Fedex if you want your parcel to reach its destination

Worst company ever State they try to deliver when not even coming to your house They should just stick to freight and stay away from residential deliveries as they are totally useless

My delivery is a week late

My delivery is a week lateAfter the driver didn t even look for my flat I got the sorry we missed you message but I was in the house waiting I phoned customer service and they suggested pick up from depot I told her it s over a hour away it s not feasible to drive that far when I ve paid for delivery so I ll redirect it through tracking to local pickup store 4 days later get a message saying it s being held at FedEx facility as requested which I didn t do it s absolutely shocking customer care from the whole company so far

Parcel delivered and signed for but not signed for and nowhere to be found

Was expecting a delivery of some wallpaper today which we need by the end of the week for our decorator to put up Had an email this morning to say parcel delivered and signed for by myself except it hadn t been delivered and I haven t signed for anything I work from home with a view of the front of our house and have not seen any delivery drivers come to the the door nor park up outside Parcel is no where to be found and cannot view detailed proof of delivery without an account number Have reported as missing and received an email from Charlotte so hoping this can be sorted ASAP

Appalling and have been for the past few years of delivery to my house - UK national and international shipments Waiting in my house for next day delivery today due by 12 30 Then randomly changed to by 18 00 Then changed to business closed or customer not available I was in all the timeI have CCTV on the 2 front doorsNo-one called No card was left They basically lied Within 2 mins of so-called failed delivery I tried to contact Fedex to see I I could find the truck which can t have been more than 0 25 miles away Impossible to contact Customer Services Tried all my skill to find a real number - which immediately went through to voicemail - leave your business account number etc I don t have a busoness acount No way for end customer to contact Fedex - their management designed it this way on purpose to make life very hard for you customers Total joke - now the worst courier for the UK Like most customers I don t like my time being wasted or being lied to
