We had a collection of a parcel today but due to a printer error we had to ask the driver to wait around 15 minutes He was absolutely amazing and so respectful and helpful Would definitely use FedEx again

Brilliant service from FedEx On Monday 17th July I ordered a new starter for my F150 Just 44hours later at 12 55pm on Wednesday 19th July I had my part in my hands Fantastic service to get a package from Portland OR to Lancashire UK in such a short time

Excellent- first parcel delivered on time second just a day late but with it being 2 days to Christmas and strikes by others that s no big deal Very polite guy both times and parcel intact

FedEx Always provides me with the best service I use them with confidence knowing they will take care of my packages I ask my customers about the condition my packages arrived in and they are always happy with the service The drivers are always smiling and friendly I appreciate the effort put in to provide a good service Thank you FedEx

I feel a lot of reviews here only look bad as people that have good service with them are the only ones to write a review These reviews put me off using this service But they had excellent tracking service they were cheap they delivered my parcel worth over 100 really quickly I have nothing to complain about and would definitely use again without as much fear from the reviews next time

I just want to say THANK YOU FEDEX Sent out an order to one of my regular customers The customer insisted that I did not use i due to several bad experiences FEDEX kept my customer informed of the progress delivered it within 24hrs and even left a note through the door to say the parcel had been placed in the waterproof box as requested The previous company would leave parcels on the door step in full view of anyone passing My customer also said that in the past my boxes would turn up looking like they had been around a football pitch Not today s She was quite surprised how pristine the package looked So to the Burton Latimer driver and the rest of the team Love Wild Birds would like to say a very big THANK YOU
