In England i purchase from a compay in the USA that uses many outlets uses fedex Fedex as the carrier from point of sale to departing airport arrival at my door in England usualy takes 6-8 days at a better price than most other major couriers thank you fedex despite the usual assorted comlpainents i am very pleased with the service i get from you

Longwinded but very fast delivery
Although it took two weeks of trial and error for the package to finally be collected once it was in the system the updates were constant and the speed of delivery was incredible Hong Kong to UK doorstep to doorstep in under 2 days 8 hours I would like like to ship internationally with Fedex again but the process is so laborious due to the constant errors and crashes on the website and or app whilst booking it s not cost effective If you can sort these out I d give 5

Quick and efficient delivery from Japan to the UK in 3 working days actually delivered early Only deducted one star because they left the parcel with a neighbour but didn t tell me that so when I got home and it wasn t there signed for by me apparently I thought the parcel was missing

Light at the end of the tunnel Fedex were so bad but they appear to have started to make inroads into the shipping side I had a parcel due from China for delivery last Friday Tracking told me it had been delayed so would be Monday but then arrived on the Thursday a day early Delivery driver knocked on the door as expected

Driver cancelled delivery because couldn t find spot to park near my building
I m just crying from laughter right now today I heard the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my life and this is the first time Im waiting a parcel from FedEx and hope the last Today I was waiting for my delivery to come all day I even cancelled some things off my schedule as the order I am expecting is a really expensive one and just now I got a message saying that the driver attempted a delivery but couldn t make it Noone ever rang me so this was insane to me so I came in contact with customer support to check what happened and they told me that the driver didn t make my delivery today because he she couldn t find a spot to park on the road that my building is which I find it insane to not be able to find a spot anywhere but anyway Is this really a reason to cancel a priority delivery Is this so hard for the driver to try and park a bit further and get my parcel here my parcel is 1 9kg is not like he she cannot walk with it for 3 minutes Am I crazy because I can only find what I m saying to be common sense UPDATE I want to be fair so I m changing my rate from 1 to 4 stars as next day morning my delivery came as expected and also FedEx reached out to me via email to check if the issue was solved or not I think they redeemed themselves a bit as not only they solved the issue the next day but also showed some interest to my case

Having read the huge number of negative reviews regarding Fedex I was expecting the worst however things surprisingly turned out OK so in fairness to them here s my experience Last year I ordered a bike for myself and from order to delivery free via DPD took 4 days This time I ordered a bike for my wife and the manufacturer chose Fedex for shipping which took 7 days and cost 30 The bike was due for release on 20th April but as an existing customer I was entitled to order the new model pre-release so the manufacturer said they would ship on 18th with expected delivery in time for the 20th The bike was collected by Fedex on the 18th but upon checking using the tracking number provided it first showed as delivery date 23rd April and then later changed to delayed I contacted Fedex and although they did not provide details of the delay they were able to say my goods were in transit within their system I got an update via email this morning to say the bike was out for delivery and it arrived around lunch time brought to my door in first class condition by a very pleasant driver Based on other reviews it would seem my experience is not the norm and I m not sure I could wholeheartedly recommend Fedex however credit where it s due they did OK in my case

Very poor service all round
This started off as a 1 review but to be fair I had a prompt reply from my complaint to their website which was followed up with a phone call from them on the same day so in the end quite an impressive response Hopefully this means the driver will get the message We had to heavy parcels delivered well not delivered actually as the lazy driver left them inside the front gate which is 100 yards from the house which can t be seen from the gate One weighed 32kg the other 22kg it was also a damp day so the boxes could get soggy They ve done this before very poor service had to use the car to shift them to the house as so heavy Nearly all other couriers apart from DHL deliver to the house Can t talk to anyone to complain as no phone number on website just a chatbot I hate companies like this who make it all but impossible to contact them deliberately to save money Never seen so many consistently bad reviews for a company before on Trustpilot DO NOT USE APC COURIERS are a million miles better

I ve had good and bad experiences All my deliveries so far have arrived so I cannot complain about that The 8 am-6 pm timeslot late updates and unknown delivery dates aren t helpful Still I can deal with it They get packages from A to B and patience is needed but they don t deserve a 0 star from me Thank you for your service
