Useless customer service

Useless customer service Each time I enquired about an undelivered package they assured me they had forwarded my concern to their investigation team with a different case number Never heard back from them but a simple look at the tracking shows it was eventually returned to the sender who sent it out again

Times for delivery a guess

Second FedEx delivery second email with the 4 hour delivery times on it that is yet again wrong The tracking is good though I have followed a couple of parcels recently one from the USA and the most recent from Hong Kong Because of past problems with couriers leaving cards saying we were not in when we were I now sit by the window waiting for the van to turn up For FedEx I have sat reading my books for a total of 9 hours so far the 4 hour delivery window in the email you get sent is a guess A rough guide DPD give you a 1 hour delivery window and it is usually spot on why can t FedEx get even a 4 hour delivery window right Update initial delivery time 08 50 - 12 50Then 09 30 - 13 30 now delivery estimated to be before 18 00 Proves the assertion that delivery times are a mere guess

How the mighty have fallen I ve arranged for a drop-off and the FedEx website which tells me locations I can drop the parcel off is useless Basically tells me to go to their head office 10 km away I know fine Well there are shops that will accept the parcel but if you can show me where on the FedEx website these are listed you re a better person than me Their phone service is also useless If you have no account they will not even pick up the phone Their chat service keeps directing me to exactly the same website also useless FedEx finished

Cannot even do tracking properly

This time FedEx actually delivered my shipment from Germany Huge improvement But it seemed I was dealing with confused com On the same day FedEx sent two delivery estimates for the same tracking number -- two different days and with tracking showing the shipment in different places one in Kent the other in the West Midlands How can anyone trust these people

another covid courier fraudulently signing for parcels

I have edited this review after dealing with customer service It turns out the parcel wasn t delivered to my address which ultimately is the drivers fault The ebay seller uploaded the wrong tracking number to try and defraud ebay and win his case Fedex customer service were very prompt in replying to my emails and seemed to try and help I still didnt get my parcel so fedex should sort out their drivers and stop them from signing for parcels if i am not at home i do not agree with my stuff being signed for and dumped in someones garden not mine by the way

Handling charged added

Charged me an additional handling charge without any proof of what the extra handling charge was for Keeping in mind the parcel only weighed 0 7 kg and measured 54 x 8 x 8 cms When I queried this they turned my query down with this standard reply Having reviewed the above mentioned invoice FedEx can confirm that on this occasion the charges of have been billed correctly Weight - 0 7kg Dimensions - 54cm 8cm 8cm billed as per the diemsional weight including the charge of Addtional Handling charge- Packaging according to the details provided on the FedEx Scan I have to say can t even spell correctly Where is a copy of the scan and why the extra handling charge I expect proof and until they supply this I will not walk away

Helped deliver my own package

White unmarked delivery van turned up Man got out wearing FEDEX Express cap Second person got out of passenger side they got package out of van then hesitated then man asked me to help him carry the package as the second person was worried about their back Unbelievable

HOW CAN AN INTERNATIONAL PARCEL COMPANY BE SO USELESS

I as told this morning my delivery slot London central was 9-1pm I chose to have it delievered to London because the last attempted delivery in the countryside was 3 day nightmare I drove 1 5 hours to make sure I could take the parcel FEDEX UK has now switched to to before 6pm which is not possible for me HOW CAN AN INTERNATIONAL PARCEL COMPANY BE SO USELESS 779428509913

Poor online support

I have a card from Fedex The DT number on it is not recognised by their systems The virtual assistant is useless The automated telephone assistant is useless Customer support via chat could not help and ended the chat Trying to get a simple answer to a simple question like where is the parcel you left is tedious and vexing Update drove to the Fedex depot and spoke to a friendly helpful human being Surprisingly they were unable to provide an immediate answer because there wasn t a tracking number on the ticket So they will get back to me At least now I have a name and number to call

Unbelievable tracking system

The tracking on the website is absolutely useless It gives a scheduled delivery day and tells you the item will be delivered today before 6pm When you lok deeper into the information you find that the item is nowhere near the final delivery station but they still insist it will be delivered At around 8pm they update it to the following or later day Today I was told by the tracking and y email my delivery despite being at the final delivery point will be delivered tomorrow So I chatted with customer services who tell me my item is on a van and will e delivered today - not what the website is still telling me There is nobody at FedEx that can help me apparently - unbelievable
