Fedex delivered one of two identical parcels which were shipped together They couldn t find the second when we visited their depot They seemed to find it and then loose it again on a daily basis It was eventually delivered several days after the first parcel so they got there in the end

I receive lots of deliveries for my shop some of which are by Fedex They are the only delivery company that will not bring the parcels further than just inside the front door The man has a trolley and could easily pop them the extra 15 or 20ft putting them next the till Some of the parcels are weighty and though my back often protests I manage How would it be for someone who was in a wheelchair on even on crutches Come on Fedex think about bettering your customer service

Driver tried to claim that there were only 2 packages despite it clearly saying 1 and 2 of 3 on the labels Driver spoke zero English so was unable to advise if signing meant I was signing for the two items or the whole shipment as didn t want to be in a situation where I claimed for the third item but was told it was signed for Refused the items

Got a text message stating that I will get my parcel today between 09 20 and 13 20 It hasn t even left the depot at 13 20 Taken time out to receive the parcel waste of my day The AI bot tells me to keep checking and if I want to complain fill out an online form I told it not to worry as I will let people on Trustpilot know how rubbish the service is Suddenly out for delivery and turned up later so I have increased to 3 stars

Terrible online tracking systems does not let you reschedule or redirect online so you end up having to call up However the customer service over the phone are really helpful and quite easy to get through The delivery drivers are the main issue here posting pre written sorry we missed you cards and running away without ringing the doorbell caught on ring doorbell

Parcel arrived I didn t sign for it we heard it thrown through the door onto hard surface it survived being a bottle of perfume but a day later started getting emails saying it was being held in customs We had to pay a duty and tax or it would not arrive bizarre Seller has paid taxes and duty they said Who knows what s happening or if it s not a scam new letter says being passed over to debt recovery EDIT Dept agency letter arrived The company I bought from reimbursed the duty so I forwarded it to the Dept collection and heard nothing more 12 11 24

Altered review because fed ex pit things right and delivered the missing plated Two items delivered one order both Package s were mangled one completely ripped open various weight plates missing the other included a carry case that was smashed and damaged contents

My score is based on Edinburgh FedEx services - 1 customer services call centre - when you can actually get through to them - 5 Yesterday I went through the usual rigmarole - parcel was supposed to come 0940 to 1340 At 1340 it changed to 1800 At 1500 I was told I had not been at home to receive and sign for delivery when I was actually sitting there watching out of the window for the van So I decided to contact customer services and finally undeterred by chatbots and line cuts got through to a real person after half an hour A very pleasant helpful and knowledgeable woman raised a complaint on my behalf and contacted the Edinburgh depot directly The latter then rearranged delivery and my parcel was delivered at 2000 Mind you it was left on the pavement outside the main door of my block of flats with no attempt to ring my doorbell or to get the signature deemed necessary for that delivery Maybe if FedEx transferred some of the obviously capable staff from their Indian I think call centre to their Edinburgh depot we might get a somewhat less ludicrous service than the one they are currently offering

What a pity we can t give NO stars Hopeless service VAgue advance advice No advice about re-scheduling Untruths about delivery And in UK no possibility to complain via a UK telephone number And if you try to fill in the complaints form it doesn t recognise a UK post code We do not recognise this zip code Get out of the UK FedEx if you can t adapt your communications for the UK

I took the parcel to the nearest drop off point identified on their website site which was a local newsagent They said the FedEx driver never comes to collect there anymore so I then drove 15 miles to the next point were the assistant told me the same thing I was very angry at this point I then went online to book a home collection which was the next day They never turned up I rang to complain the advisor was very helpful and within an hour the van arrived and the parcel delivered by 9am the next day So mixed reviews bad start but good conclusion
