Excellent Rural Aberdeen Scotland to Perth Australia in 6 working days Royal Mail Parcelforce were shockingly bad and sent my parcel back Fedex were fantastic and i would use them again Most people only leave reviews when they have a negative experience

Thank you FedEx staff in Spain My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 6th and I would have missed my flight to UK I called few times and they said they will try their best The managed to deliver my passport two days in advanced and made me and my family very happy otherwise I would have been stuck in Spain with more cost Thank you all the delivery drivers and kind staff

Easy pick up from Hornsey warehouse Anita was very helpful Thank you
I choose a pick up point in North London Hornsey for my package and my item arrived as estimated delivery was predicted It s a huge warehouse so you need to ring a bell Anita at the customer support desk opened the door immediately and was very helpful Thank you

No lost or late packages post 1 year
My losses have gone down to zero for the past year for one reason FedEx have lost no packages and have not once been late I should have switched years ago and please don t presume they re extortionate like me as pricing is very competitive

BREXIT charges
BREXIT charges - UK to EUContext - July 2023 - 2 pairs of football boots costing 345 Then 10 months later on 18th April 2024 a facture from FedEx for 159 is received Some 40 extra to pay The product and delivery is fine Unfortunately when delivery is made to the EU the stupidity of BREXIT charges comes into play However on the Pro Direct invoice it states Delivery Duty Paid I sent a letter some 2 weeks ago Radio Silence Though I have noticed they do respond to Trustpilot entries Hence this post The website shows they have warehouses in Europe Surely they should ensure deliveries should come from here It is now 5th June 2024 - not heard anything from either Pro Direct or FedEx Impossible to speak to ANYONE and now forced to pay the pathetic duty I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY It is now 5th August and I can confirm 159 has been refunded Whilst the whole transaction fiasco was down to the stupidity of the EU trading policy I can only thank FedEx and prodirect sport for their understanding Something needs to change and they all pontificate in Brussels - European Council European Parliament European Commission

Only 3 days from Japan to Birmingham
On Christmas Day i bought an ebay item from someone in Japan Only 3 days later -28th - its been delivered in the UK and i was able to follow its journey all the way on the tracking app I see a lot of bad reviews on here but my experience of fedEx has been outstanding

World class Driver TA10 area
I know alot of delivery companies get bad pressed but a big shout out to the driver who delivers to the TA10 postcode A shipper sent me a parcel and only put my name and street name and postcode The driver went and asked a neighbour if they knew who I was and what my address was Delivered my package on time and in perfect condition Big thank you to that driver for providing first class customer service
