Excellent service sending docs to Canada

I was sending important docs from London to Winnipeg in Canada Dropped them off at the local MBE shop who arranged it with FedEx They arrived with my family the next day about 3pm my time so very impressed You can track packages online and they sent me emails with each new part of journey Also once I realised they were on a FedEx plane from Stanstead I got nerdy and tracked the plane to Memphis then an onward flight to Canada

Excellent

I ve just recently made 2 purchases in the U S and the company shipped with FedEx I was able to track my parcels and by giving FedEx my email address they automatically kept me updated with tracking Both purchases arrived on time I live in the UK So I do believe they deserve 5 stars Excellent service

Great delivery driver

I live in a block of flats that can be difficult to access and I often get missed deliveries as drivers can t get in The FedEx driver today rang me explained the situation that they couldn t get in and I went down to collect my parcel Such a refreshing change for a delivery driver to make that extra effort Top marks to FedEx

Wonderful experience

I was surprised to see the negative reviews but the courier made my day today I wanted to thank the driver who delivered the package from Poland today morning to location SY1 4 and carried it to the second floor while I was absent I didn t realise that the package was so heavy I even don t know how he did it it saved me so much trouble thank you so much for this service

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking Time of arrival kept changing throughout the day then suddenly says before 6pm How did they expect you to wait in all day for them Sort it out FED EX

I sent a large parcel from North Wales

I sent a large parcel from North Wales to Nelson Bay in Australia I raised the order online on Sunday the parcel was collected on Monday It was scheduled to arrive by the next Wednesday 9 days later but I received notification from a very happy relative that the parcel has arrived after 4 days outstanding performance many thanks FedEx a great service

Very good experience this time round One month later after last review and FEDEX delivered produce within 23 hours from pickup to the correct address Good communication via text and email beforehand with a timeslot I was not in but requested a safe place delivery which was adhered to A photo was sent confirming the time and place of delivery Well done and keep this up

Good experience

I had 3 large packages delivered to me by FedEx from an order I placed some time ago As soon as I was notified of dispatch by the company FedEx sent me a tracking email They kept me informed and delivered all 3 packages on the date provided and within the time window quoted Delivery man was polite and handed me each package After reading some of the reviews on here I was a bit worried as I had no control over the courier used however I was very pleased with the service

It comes down to how individuals respond

Johnny is our local courier for fedex in our local SW1 area in London He went over and above to deliver our parcel and when we couldn t find it in exactly where he said it was on the leaflet he left he came back the next morning to make sure we got it I m not a fan of Fedex as a company at all and have had terrible experiences with them in the past but Johnny deserves a shout out Because of his professionalism genuine concern and just being a great guy we d be more likely to consider Fedex in the future but it is solely down to him Thanks for going above and beyond Dunton - SW1V

Excellent service

Had no issues sending from UK to Germany Website was easy to use and all documents provided Arrived on the day expected completely intact and delivered by a cheerful driver Recipient said communications were really good No complaints Will only use FedEx from now on
