Absolutely excellent service

I get a fair few deliveries from eastern Europe and every single delivery is bang on time Looking at the travel history page for each shipment the whole journey seems to work like clockwork as it travels through the various airport hubs The goods I send out around the UK are also delivered just as efficiently with great tracking and communication I really couldn t be happier with the service from Fedex

No customer service

It is impossible to speak to a real person My parcel was not delivered to my address Camera footage shows no one at my door Yet I cannot get any help other than raise a ticket with a chat bot Credit to them I have had a phone call telling me that it has been delivered to the store Just find it strange that the courier emailed me about delivery

Well done FedEx as one that has given bad reviews about FedEx my latest experience was great Ordered a PLC in the UK Mouser electronics the stock was in MANSFIELD TX USA Within a matter of days it was on my bench being programmed

I d ordered a really difficult to find critical material for work just before Christmas but stupidly gave my home postcode instead of the business postcode I assumed the parcel would be lost as I live miles away from work but someone at FedEx realised my mistake and took the trouble to redirect it and delivered it safely This has saved me and our customer no end of grief Thank you so much

5 stars for Fedex

I ordered a screen for my motorbike from Slingmods in America late on Wednesday afternoon July 31st my order was acknowledged instantly and only a few minutes later I was informed that Fedex were shipping it and it would be here in the UK for delivery on Tuesday August 6th I was stunned by the speed and communication from Slingmods and Fedex This morning Monday August 5th I was informed by email that my parcel would be delivered before midday today At 11 45AM my parcel arrived a day earlier than originally predicted and less than 5 actual days from the day of order and this includeds the weekend I ve ordered products in stock from a retailer less than 100 miles from my home and it s taken 10-14 days for delivery That s a massive disparity in service

Parcel drop off at Teesside Airport

Visited the Teesside Airport depot this morning at 9am July 1st the first person I met was most helpful I didn t take his name explained what was needed to ship my parcel to NZ I later returned to drop off my parcel Daniel was very helpful 10 10 guys

I called customer service to request an update on my parcel as I spotted that the delivery address had been incorrectly input by the seller Both agents I spoke to were lovely and helped to correct the error I received my parcel on time and in perfect condition Case Ref Number 156685010

FedEx was exemplary on their service

FedEx was exemplary on their service and delivery for my Dash Water order In less than 24h the order was shipped and at my door however I was not in Rather than leaving it I received an email of the missed delay attempt and was able to reschedule for the next day I got the parcel 48h after my order no issues Delivery guy was very kind respectful and did all the right things They brought my order all the way up 3rd floor stairs which I really appreciate but never expect I had a great experience

FedExcellent Just can t fault them I decided to try FedEx to get around the nightmare of the postal strikes and I have been really impressed I set up an account online set up the address book for my most used suppliers and arranged for collections - all the collections have been collected and delivered on time They re easy to track and when I had a query one an order it was easy to get help online The prices are fair and the service is excellent What more could I ask for
