Yesterday I received a package which was sent to me from a company that use FedEx It was the first time that FedEx delivered a package to my address The FedEx driver was a woman she was very polite and professional I was very happy with the service

Excellent service from start to finish Sent a Christmas parcel to my daughter in South Korea Courier who picked up the parcel from my home Matt was very helpful Delivery was estimated in 11 days from Cornwall but it took just 7days door to door One very happy daughter Regular tracking updates showed it s travel via Paris and China I ll have no hesitation in using Fedex again

Dreadful service from FedEx

FedEx does not rate as even one star I fail to understand why companies use your service as your poor service only damages their rreputations I have found it impossible to speak to anyone rather than automated systems We have repeatedly had apologies for non delivery as it was being reported that there was no one in Not only were we in but after dark we put on all outside lighting and left the gate open No notice tickets were left as advertised We have now gone back to your customer reporting non receipt to alert them on your poor service Da

Fast and reliable

I have a FedEx account and find their website layout easy to use and the pricing to be reasonable Scheduling a collection is very easy Generally the collections and deliveries are very reliable quick and the tracking info is detailed Very happy with the service both domestic and international Thanks

Great Service

I had order a load of gym equipment a 100KG of Weights a bench olympic bar all arrived in one piece and on time It was half a hour late but what s half a hour this company does get some bad reviews probably their first good one in ages

Great company My package didn t had a house number on it that was my mistake when order was placed they managed to find my contact number and parcel was delivered to me two hours later

5 stars well deserved by this driver delivery chap

I have given Paul on route 115 from the Leeds UK depot 5 stars This is because he more than went the extra mile in dreadful weather conditions - we live on a very steep hill that really needs a 4 wheel drive when there is lots of snow ice Thank you

Awesome service

I had a batch of 45 books to post out individually all over the uk and I went for their overnight service via Parcel Monkey Their price was one of the cheapest and the service was first class The Uk weather at the time was universally awful with floods ice and snow Despite this just over half arrived first thing the following day and the remainder the next day and all were in excellent condition too The warehouse were most helpful with their advice too and I would have no hesitation in using them - and in fact will certainly do so - for the reprint of my book when I send them out
