Don t bother with next day delivery

Check your junk mail I thought I was being ignored and it was very stressful however the whole time I had multiple people from the company trying to contact me back Hermes have still got my parcel I m hoping that femme luxe will be able to retrieve it for me in time for Christmas But they have dealt with me super fast and I know this was not their fault at all It is literally hermes however the customer aren t able to contact them ourselves And thank you for replacing an item that was initially refunded Hope to hear from you soon

Mixed feelings

Don t bother with next day delivery because it definitely doesn t come next day Apart from that customer service is ok quality of clothes ok but some are see-through

Great customer service from Lisa

First I left a bad review because of the difficulties with sending back the items and lack of response However I need to change it now because Lisa eventually got back to me and was extremely helpful I had found a hole in the hoodie and she just sent me a replacement in the blink of an eye I received it the next day Looked good quality and very comfy Although after 3 days of wearing it was all over lint I would give absolute 5 stars for Lisa s help and 0 star for the quality So overall I will leave 3 stars I can see they are trying but still not the best service

Wrong dress sent

Great customer service from Lisa I emailed regarding an order not received possibly due to postal strikes Lisa responded within 24 hours and issued full refund Will definitely use this company again as a result of service received

Mixed feelings

Ordered a dress for next day delivery Didn t arrive the next day When dress finally arrived it was the complete wrong dress Contacted and spoke with hannah who has arranged to send me out the correct dress Hannah replied very quickly Replacement dress has been sent express delivery but has not arrived next day either

No Response Back

Mixed feelings No option to cancel an order even in short period of time after ordering Long delivery time and extremely long returns time over a month The only thing that saved it was the help and service I received from Emily and Lisa Thanks ladies for assisting in my queries as the issue is finally resolved

Trying to get in contact with a representative about a credit or exchange of my clothes and having no responses I ve emailed and tried to reach out via social media Can someone please respond

Frustrating refund experience

The items on this website are good Prices also great especially in the sale However the website is absolutely impossible to use The filters are all wrong doesn t matter what you press it just shows up random stuff so you really need to scroll through everything in order to find what you re looking for Can t shop low to high or filter your size or price

Still waiting for a refund

Absolutely awful customer service I have returned an item as it was far too large for me I have been emailing asking for a refund and I have not heard from them I have emailed them my order number my return and tracking information and I still cannot get a refund Edit just received an email saying my refund is being processed so for that thank you although I would still say that returns should be much easier to process
