Great customer service

i have been waiting over a month for my refund but finally got through to customer services and with the kind help of Tabitha she helped me track my order as well as the problems with the refund process and they will communicate with customers once it has been fixed

My daughter returned some items and after 30 days still hadn t had her refund After no response to our portal query I emailed customer services directly Tabitha responded to my email and resolved the problem very quickly Her customer service was brilliant and she kept me updated throughout Thank you Tabitha

Love this place clothes are just amazing xx100 recommend very helpful customer service had an issue with my return taking ages to show but the response was very quick and they delt with it as quick as they could x couldnt thank Hannah and Amy for helping me through this prosess x thank you both you are amazing

Midi dress next day delivery

Customer service is of high standards I had an small issue with how to return some items nothing bad quality just unfortunately didn t fit I spoke with customer service via email Lisa sorted out this issue promptly with no problems I would definitely recommend Femme Luxe to anyone
